+ -1 moreI did not have any work done. I had simply called for an estimate. I was asked to send pictures so he could do an estimate. I was told that the walls would need to be replaced in order to guarantee no water leakage. I asked the price. I was told $50,000. I told him that was out of my price range so he didn't need to bother with an estimate. He backtracked and said he could put tile in. I reminded him that he said that tile wouldn't guarantee no leakage. The guy hung up on me. I didn't have him do any work. Beware of up sale, lack of professionalism, and having work done that might not be guaranteed.
