The install was very nicely done. Had some issues scheduling but Brad made up for that by handling the install himself just shy of immediately.
Description of Work: Brad iwas the installing contractor who installed a storm door I purchased at Lowes.

Walls, window and ceiling were installed improperly (drywall not durock in bath area). Had to un-install and reinstall. Tile and plumbing fixtures had to be removed. The tile was completely ruined due to Mr. Thomas left grout on the tile for weeks without wiping it down. Had to have the plumbing fixtures un-installed and reinstalled due to the tile job. Had to have the flooring un-installed and reinstalled because Mr. Thomas failed to remove the old flooring (and laid durock) leaving my bathroom floor 3 inches higher than the rest of the house. Lighting, Vanity were never installed because Mr. Thomas stopped showing up. Exhaust fan was installed and it hung from the ceiling about 2 inches. Had to have it un-installed which required removing the ceiling, installing a new fan and then re-patching the ceiling. This guy was rude when I asked him to finish the work. He had my bathroom torn up for 9 months before I fired him and I tried every step to work it out. He is TROUBLE!
Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel including wall and ceiling removal and installation, replacing a window in the shower, a sink with vanity, tile installation, lighting and an exhaust fan. Everything that was completed had to be torn out because it was done improperly. It was a nightmare. They tore out my bathroom in mid April. It was still torn out and 90% incomplete when i fired Thomas Construction in August. I attempted to get them to finish the work for several more months with no result. The estimate was $3500. I gave him $8000 and I bought all materials. He ruined about $2500 worth of tile improperly installing it and leaving the grout on for 2 weeks. I could go on and on.. Just look at the pictures for yourself.
