Just six weeks after he poured this the steps started to crack and crumble. I have tried to get a hold of him to get this fixed but it has been unsuccessful. He has always ignored my calls and never returned any of my phone calls to get back to me. He has tried to blame me for this saying that it happened like this because I had put salt on the steps. That doesn't make any sense because this happened during June and July. I have asked other concrete companies to come out tell me how much it will cost to fix. It is going to cost me another $3000 to have this fixed when it should have been done right the first. They have also told me that this should not have happened to the steps if it was done right. I have tried to take him to court but I couldn't afford a lawyer so I was unsuccessful. It is just frustrating that I spent all of this money to have a project done and I am worse off now than I was before.
Description of Work: He came out and poured concrete steps for me and a driveway.
