concrete repair
+ -1 moreThe day of the pour the blocks were not properly stabalized and the concrete arrived to wet. Once the pour started the blocks floated and the concrete had to be shut down while the crew scurried around to stabilize the blocks. The end result was walls that bowed. This left the next phase impossible to put up the sheet rock and siding as the whole interior had to be reframed costing me more labor and materials. When I asked the contractor to make it right he submited me with a bill 5G over what we had agreed upon and put a lien on me without ever returning to correct. He had never poured 8 foot walls before and should not of done so. Now I am forced to take him to court over and the project is behind schedule.
Description of Work: ICF blocks were poured for 8 foot walls.
