+ 0 moreand came back home at 8pm at it was too late to call me. she said he would call me the next day, well, needless to say i didn't get a call, i thought ok, i will wait and see if they call on friday, of course they didn't. Apparently this company has enough business that they can treat people shabbily so they don't care if they get anymore business. If you don't want to do the job or if there is a reason you don't want to do the job at my house, grow a pair and be honest with me, i can take it. if you will be honest with me and tell me why you don't want to do my job, i will have some idea of what to do next and it would help me tremendously. meanwhile, because I am not getting my problem fixed it continues to cause damage to my house. You are supposedly the expert, I have no idea how to fix this problem and have no deisire to learn, that is why i go to supposed experts to get it done, just tell me if there is some reason you don't want to do my job. I would wait until next spring if i had to, i understand that but I am getting no reponse from you so i don't know what is going on.
Description of Work: I called this company and told them I needed my chimney replaced, the woman that answered said that they are so busy they wouldn't be able to schedule me until the spring, that was fine, she told me someone would drive by to take a look at the chimney and then they would call me, i finally called them back because no one called and the woman told me that the person had looked at it but they had been too busy to call, then i called the next day to tell her no one had called me, the woman told me that the person came home at 5pm and went back out

+ 0 moreI have left two messages on the company answering machine - 10/11/2011 and 10/26/2011 - for an estimate on foundation repair work. I heard back the next day on 10/12/2011 - I was told the company was really busy and they would do an assesstment the week of 10/17/2011. Someone would follow up with me early the week of 10/24/2011 regarding the estimate. I called to follow up on my request for an assessment and estimate 10/26/2011 and left a message on the company recorder. I have not heard anything from this company to date.
Description of Work: I need tuck pointing done on the foundation of my home.

Description of Work: I didn't hire him, as I had a very slightly lower bid. But I found him through a reference that is rock solid reliable, he told me the same thing that I had confirmed by two other contractors, and I would have been very happy using him. You can tell he's solid.

+ -1 moreAWESOME. I have a much nicer, prettier chimney than I had before. Mark did some beautiful custom detail work on the finishing touches...not to mention, much safer too.
Description of Work: Rebuilt chimney: scaffold existing chimney to a point above roofline. Layed down plywood protection on roof around chimney, removed existing brick, customized brick to match home front brick. Especially close attention to detail...since the brick I picked out wasn't tumbled, they manually customized.
