Description of Work: They replaced 14 windows and 2 sliding doors with E series aluminum clad wood windows. | |They arrived when agreed and installed what was expected. They were very professional and detail oriented. | |I was very impressed with both the windows and the3 installation. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a high quality product professionally oinstalled.

+ -1 moreWindows are expensive anyway. We didn't price a lot of other windows because we knew what we wanted. The quality is good; they are sill working fine. They came when they said and they got it all done within a week. We would use them again.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. They have been around for a long time. We shopped around. They gave an estimate and I looked. Anderson windows are a little more expensive than some of the places as it cost $889 per window installed but we did our homework first. When we visited them and talked to them, they did a very good job with the estimate. There was a bit of a wait because of the construction and things going on around here. We were planning on the other things around here and they worked us in. I think we visited them in June or July and they came out in September to do the job. We were not in a hurry as we have lived here for twenty seven years. It was good quality for the money. They were not always quick to respond. They showed up on time. They were very good and I will definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Woodcrafter's Products in September 2011 for putting in the Anderson windows. They replaced every window in my house and majority of them was double hung. One of those was a Bay window that was very tall and the other one was a long slide window which went from side to side which was four feet tall.

Description of Work: I had six Anderson series 400 windows put it. They did a great job with the install and the price was fantastic. It did take a bit of time from when i ordered to when they were installed. But thats what i get for ordering windows at Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this family buisness.
