I called the guy because it was our appointment, and he was 30 minutes late. The guy guy couldn't find my street address. He thought that I was in a different state. When I made an appointment with him, I gave him the exact address. He came in, and gave me an estimate. Over a week later, I haven't heard from him so I called him back, and asked him for the estimate. He said he was coming back within an hour and send me that information. However, he never called meback. I would definitely not use him again.

My back yard slopes considerably down and away from the back of the house and an unsightly/unstable retention mound of rubble and soil left the area close to the back of the house and under the 2nd story high deck pretty much unusable. Jeremy removed the rubble, reshaped the nondescript mound of dirt and built a substantial, attractive, curved, 2-level retaining wall with integral stone steps. The end result was usable, accessible, and easy to maintain terraces on three levels. On the ground level, he also installed a rustic-paved patio area underneath the two-story high deck immediately adjacent to the lower retaining wall. The project was an excellent one from start to finish... we collaborated on the design & materials and he took it from there. Even though Jeremy and his 3 skilled workers only took 2-1/2 days to complete the project, it was a quality job in every respect. I was especially impressed with the excellent condition of the heavy equipment and tools used during this job... everything was well maintained and operated flawlessly. This professional pride was also clearly evident in the thorough job site clean up; even the neighbors commented favorably.
