Quality is the biggest issue. After work was complete we found out he only removed 1/2 the old lath and plaster. He put miss colored GFI's (he did replaced those when asked but damaged the paint when doing). Trim work is un-sanded, just put up. He left dry wall screws showing (he did cover these up when asked but look very noticeable). Where the dry wall meets the ceiling we can now see gaps in the work. He painted over new hinges he put on. The doors on the storage closet trim work shows a big gap at the bottom and the doors are just 3/4 inch plywood (at first he did not even sand these, he did when we asks) when he painted these doors, he only did one coat and you can still see the wood underneath. When he re did the closet, he put the shelving then painted and painted over the fixtures, he did not remove the old chipped paint and did not hang the light he was to put up. our first shower.He put in a new shower sliding door that leaked when we took. I had to silicone it myself so we could take shows the next day. We can now see where the grout has pin holes and other places where no grout at all was placed. Very unhappy with the quality of his work. I will not use him again.
