+ 1 moreI was impressed because he was there during the whole process. My adjuster even asked Tommy for some of his cards. My roof was done in less than a day and the gutters were done the next day. It did take him 3 days before he got to the siding however, but that wasn't a problem. My neighbor told me that he knocked on her door and asked her if he could roll her yard with his magnet to pick up nails that might have gotten in her yard. I would recommend him and did!
Description of Work: Tommy was extremely helpful educating me on the insurance process and took pictures of the damages he found on my property. He then met the insurance adjuster at my house and they both went over what they had found. If not for him being there I don't think I would have gotten my siding paid for because my adjuster didn't think there was enough damage. Tommy showed him the pictures he had taken at the 2nd level of my house which my adjuster couldn't see from the ground. After all the contractors had talked to me, Tommy seemed the most interested in my needs and spent the most time explaining all my options. I recommended him to my sister and my neighbor who needed their roofs done as well. He replaced my gutters, roof and siding.
