 + 0 moreVery experienced. We hadn't had the chimney cleaned for years, which was a huge mistake. He was able to clean it all out without making any mess. He also provided a lot of advice bout our burning practices, and tested our wood supply for moisture.

 + -1 moreThey did not advice over the phone they charged for estimates. I didn't have any details of the estimate and they insisted an immediate payment for them driving out. It cost over $285.00 but argued down to $220. I really wanted the service but after receiving their estimate, I should have never paid them in the first place. Estimate of $6500 not including materials. 2nd estimate from local business was $500 for the same services. Strongly recommend not using this company. They don't want to work and don't have to with the cost of their estimates. Only do free estimates from now on and if they want to charge I will move on.

 + 3 morePunctual, professional, very helpful analysis and repair of my gas log fireplace.
Description of Work: Thorough inspection of gas logs, ignition system, flue, damper, chimney and cap. Experienced crew handled a dirty job with no mess to premises. Very helpful explanation of gas log/chimney dynamics with particular emphasis on safety matters. This firm is on my A list!
