We were hit with a bad hail storm that knocked over our central air unit (those units are over 750 lbs.!). They gave us a replacement price but since the unit was only a few years old, they suggested getting it upright and seeing how it would run. Normally under those circumstances the unit would have been replaced, however no replacement was needed (which would have run approx.$3600). They were the company we used to purchase the unit a few years prior along with a new furnace. We have been very satisfied with RJ Nelson - their responsiveness, professionalism, and would recommend them to others.

After we accepted R.J Nelson's (HVAC) bid we went over to their place of business to sign the contract for the work to begin. Once this was done the schedule for the work was agreed upon as to the what time the crew was to start and to finish. It was explained who some of the guys on the crew were and even to some extent the levels of experience this crew has, which we thought was a good idea and helps put your mind at ease. Jess (Mgr. of Operations and Installations) willingly came by the house a couple of days before the work was to begin so that he could see and give input as to what preparations needed to be done before, this was very helpful to all involved. The day the work began the crew showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. The crew were both knowledgeable and hard working. The length of the job that was previously described to us came in just right, they finished on time and cleaned up quite nicely. After going back over and reviewing the workmanship that was done I was more than satisfied with their Quality of work. In closing, we were happy that we chose R. J. Nelson's company ( also, because we were actually referred to them by our daughter who also had them do an installation at her home). We would and will highly recommend them to others and will use their services ourselves in the future. GREAT JOB GUYS, and THANK YOU ALL.

I was overall satisfied with my experiences with RJ Nelson Co. I have a service contract with them to service my unit every year. They come out and service the compressor in the spring and the furnace in the fall. The price is very reasonable. They are excellent workers. They always come out when they say they will. They are very responsive and timely. I will use them again in the future.

I've been using them for years. I've been having them come out every year. They are a local, small business and they always do a good job, show up when they say they'll show up, and their prices are reasonable. I have no reason to not keep using them!
