Terry was great. Friendly and prompt service.

Terry got old air conditioner going so we didn't have to replace unit immediately. They then came and replaced unit and a coil in a very timely and professional manner. Terry also helped with working with insurance company and with rebate from the power company. Everything was handled in a professional manner and was available to answer any questions.

I trust them so much that I give them the key to my house so that they can perform the service even if I'm not at home. They are very trustworthy and upstanding young men.

My old furnace shut down in the early morning hours of 12/13/2013, a very cold Friday morning. i have a good Frontier wood stove, so I went onto wood heat and called Norm's Heating and AC at 8:00 AM. They arrived by late morning and diagnosed the problem with my 12 year old furnace as bad heat exchangers. The technicians left and returned by 2:30 PM with my new Trane furnace. When we took the old unit apart we discovered the heat exchangers were not just cracked as is usually the case, but completely burned through - yikes! The technicians told me they were installing a furnace a day during the cold weather, yet they worked me in because mine was totally down. Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough, Norm's Heating and Air is my go-to for furnace and air conditioner work. Warm and happy in the hills north of CB!

When I called them, they happened to be in the area, and they came out pretty much right away. They had what they needed and they took care of the problem. I have a really old furnace and it wasn’t coming on so they had to find out why it wasn’t coming on. They had to rumble in the basement and look around, eventually they found that everything was fine except the thermostat, and it was not working. They had the thermostat with them, they gave me several options to choose from, and it ranged in price from $50 to more than that and what I have was the most expensive one. This one allowed me to get a $100 rebate from the gas company, because it was energy efficient, so it ended up being the wisest choice for me. They had the paperwork for me to do that, they filled it out for me, all I had to do was sign it and send it out to the gas company, I did, and a few weeks later, I got a check for a $100. What stood out the most to me was they did come right away, it was probably a coincidence, but they called back right away and came here before lunch. It couldn’t have been a better service and I was very pleased. I could have bought a cheaper thermostat but I want to give them the benefit of doubt and also, they did it so quickly and got me the rebate too.

Arrived in a timely manner, was very professional yet personable. Communicated what was done and what the overall condition of the unit was. Made sure everything was in good working order and clean. Did not waste any time in completing the job, and would use and recommend to other's again.

He showed up on time, inspected our home and location, made his presentation and answered questions. He was one of four businesses that made proposals. He was not the cheapest, but he was straightforward in his explanation of what he would do to install the unit. He recommended a unit that would meet the needs of my home. A couple of the salesmen that stopped by glossed over items that Norm took the time to explain. One salesmen asserted that to get this fob he would throw in a Honeywell thermostat for free. When questioned Norm about a thermostat, he said that was part of the standard package on A/C units...he was honest. He removed the old unit and installed the new unit and was done in less than 8 hours.

We like their service from before and they are trust worthy. They are accountable, open, and honest.

I interviewed three different folks and they sent a salesman and I liked him. His price was reasonable. My next door neighbor also had him install the heating and air conditioning system about two years ago. He's the one originally that recommended him to me and said he was a good guy. He said that first he will come and give me a price, and tell me what it is and then install it. I've never heard of this guy before but my next door neighbor said that he was really good. I met him and found that he was a straight talking guy. He had his crew out in a big truck which was pretty new. They knew what they were doing. They came in and they took about four hours to put the air conditioning system in. He was neither the cheapest nor he was the most expensive. He just did a very good job. The other bid was under $300 compared to this guy but it's more than just the money too. The salesman was telling me stuff that weren't untrue. I looked at the work and I inspected what they did downstairs and outside, and everything looks okay. I guess I will know better about the quality after six months because they just installed it. He said he would come on a Tuesday at 9 o'clock and it will take him about three or four hours to do the job. He was right here on time. They were dressed for the job well. They introduced themselves by their first name and even shook my hand. Even the guys working for him did that. They were in their late twenties. They showed up and moved like a team. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Everybody seemed to have their own jobs. They look in the eyes and do not shrug shoulders. I intend to call them again in October to put in a new heating system. I would use their services again in the future.
