+ -1 moreUpon receiving the proposals for the three projects, we decided to do one of them at this time. Contacted Mr Klepfer 8:30 AM 11/12/13 to notify. Mr Klepfer said he "was in middle of project right now and would probably get to there on Thursday or Friday and would call. That Thursday or Friday would have been 11/14/13 or 11/15/13. Have not received a contact from Mr Klepfer up to present time. Account has been approximately 5 weeks since authorizing the project which I think has been enough time to hear from Mr Klepfer, voice mail was left with Mr Klepfer 8:41 AM 12/18/13 cancelling the work.
Description of Work: Contacted in October about three different projects moving gas line, adding gas line & changing water heater. Was told would come the following week which Mr Klepfer did. Said would give proposal's for each project separately which was helpful. Proposals were figured on 10/24/13 and mailed to our address.

Description of Work: That price was from 4 different visits. They prepared my air conditioning and fixed it as well. They repaired my venting in my furnace so that we had easy access to it.
