Although the estimate was competitive, we decided to explore another option.

The service was wonderful. They are a very professional and courteous company as well as prompt and punctual. They offer excellent quality at a reasonable price and I am very satisfied with the results.

Dave did the work, he was punctual, professional and friendly. He was quick and vacuumed his area explaining not only to clean up but also to make sure none of the carpet was pulled by the vacuum. We are new to the area. In the future, if we are in need of carpeting, I would definitely look at Kelly's, and I would request that Dave lay the carpet.

They are good folks and easy to work with. They have good products. They did a great job. They checked with us about way we wanted things done and to check if they missed anything.

The company called me in the morning to let me know the workers were on their way to my house. The two workers arrived on time and after I showed them the rooms, they began work immediately. They carefully moved the furniture out of the rooms prior to installation, and even moved some additional furniture (that I requested) back into the completed rooms. I was very impressed with their work - it was fast and efficient. Their skill and professionalism were obvious. They took approximately 4.5 hours to complete the job. We went with Kelly's because their prices were lower than the large furniture store in town. We purchased Mohawk smartstrand carpet because of the excellent durability (long warranty) and soft feel. The price was about $3/sq foot for the carpet (including pad) and this price also included the furniture moving, tear-up and haul away of old carpet and pad, and installation. The only thing we would change is get a thicker pad. The standard 8 lb. pad comes with a water barrier (which is nice), but wasn't as thick as we thought it would be once we started walking around on the new carpet. Overall, the rooms look great and we're very happy with the product and service Kelly provided! We would definitely use them again.

The job went well. There were no surprises. It was definitely a good experience overall. They provided a high-quality product. It wasn't cheap, but it was a good price for what I got.

We had an excellent experience with them. Their customer service is wonderful. Their products are great and the prices are good. I will grade them high on all categories.

I am not to sure about this company. Now, the service was ok but I was pretty upset with the quality. They told me that the carpet was a good quality carpet but when it was installed, it didn't look so good. I am so undecided if I would hire them again. I probably would go somewhere else first. I may use them as a last resort. I don't know.

They did a good job in our home and we were happy with the results. The quality of the work was great. The price was comparable to other places we looked at. We were satisfied with our new carpet. It looked good when they finished.

I absolutely loved the crew that came to do the floors in the house. They were very experienced and did a wonderful job. When they were done, they came in explained everything about the floor from top to bottom. They even told me how to care for it and what I could do if I ever got scratches on it. They even did a few extra things that they didn't have to do.

They did a good job handling my business and they were very easy to talk to. They showed up each day early and ready to work. They moved from room to room, finishing one room then moving on to the next. Furniture was moved out and then back in without scratching or breaking anything. Before leaving each day, they took the debris with them. We were very satisfied with the ending results.

Kelly's Carpet had the same carpet as the others except they were cheaper. They were a very nice group of guys to work with and they did a very clean job. They didn t have any high or low spots anywhere in the house and everything was tucked under the base boards.

Kelly s workers took about two days to complete the entire installation job. They did a very good job and there were no seams or tacks visible. The carpets were also well-stretched and we are pleased with the new carpet.

Kelly's Carpet did a great job as they were really experienced in making the customer happy. They came all the way back after they were done as I had called and told them that there were a few bumps in the carpet that they didn't notice. They were more than happy to come back and do that for me.

I thought they did a really good job installing the carpet. They were courteous and cleaned up well. The seams are even, and the carpet looks as it should for professional type installation. I also thought the price was good at the time. I just don't remember what it was.

Kelly's Carpets have a very good selection of carpets to choose from at very competitive prices. I chose a carpet and set a time for installation at the store. When the installers arrived, they were right on time. They moved all the furniture and when finished installing the carpet, they moved the furniture back in the correct places. They were very professional and courteous. They did a very good job.

Kelly's Carpets had all the measurements for the rooms. When we had finished building and were ready I called Kelly's. They called me back within the hour and set an appointment for the following Friday. The installers were there on time to begin laying the padding and the carpet. They did a wonderful job. I was so pleased with their professionalism. They were all so courteous and polite. They worked the whole day and part of Saturday to finish the job for me.

This company is excellent. They got the task done on time and did great work for the amount of time they did it. There prices are very reasonable and the workers were very polite to my family and me.

We were not satisfied with their carpet service at all. The installation was not done properly, and we were over charged for their service. They did remove the old carpet and they hauled it away. It was a terrible job and we will not use them again.

Kellys Carpet had the best quality carpet, service, technician and sales experience I have ever encountered. They gave me a price and stuck to it. There were no hidden cost. They showed up on time each day ready to get the job done. Someone even called to see how the service went, and if I had any complaints or questions. The old carpet was hauled off and no garbage was left behind.
