I worked with Brad Kastendick over at Janovich Construction. Brad showed up at my door to introduce himself and his company. He offered me a complimentary inspection of my ENTIRE property (like all his competitors) and it was an opportunity for me to really get to know him. Brad conducted himself in a very professional manner while being warm and receptive to my concerns. After Brad discussed all that he found (boy was he thorough!) I called my insurance company and scheduled an adjuster appointment. Brad met with my adjuster on my behalf and negotiated a claim that was WAY above and beyond what I was expecting!! When I asked Brad if Janovich would absorb my deductible (like other companies were offering to do), he politely declined and explained to me how that could end up costing me my policy and my claim as insurance fraud! I had no clue!!! From there, everything went so smoothly. I worked with Brad to pick out materials that suited my tastes ; Brad handled all the confusion of working with my insurance company ; Brad ALWAYS honored the appointments he made with me. The roof took a day to go up. The gutters took a day to go up. The window wraps took a day to go up. Everything looks fantastic and these guys cleaned up after themselves better than a boyscout! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Omaha area. They are local. They are honest.
