+ -1 moreThey most definitely are experts and know the product very well. Also the quality of the product is very good. However punctuality has been an issue at almost every appointment and there are often surprise charges. For example, when winter came the pool cover that was my understanding to be included in the price, ended up not being so. Another concern is around communication: when the pool cover was installed, there were problems due to lack of space between the edge of the pool and the deck. Without disclosing this issue to me, the cover was installed in a less than optimal manner and I was never advised of the issue, which resulted in massive accumulation of water and the cover sagging and failing during the winter. My recommendation is: make sure to ask plenty of questions and be very clear about what's included in the price you get quoted. Also make sure to be there when installations are done, so that you can see how the work is being done.
Description of Work: Aqua palace installed my 20ft above-ground pool in the summer of 2012 and has been servicing it since.
