I called Al from ACM Heating and Cooling. Al come out in 20 min and checked my AC throughly. He said my compressor was blown and I needed a new A-coil. Grand total of $3,738.00 and a sales pitch for the Lord being good to Al. My brother has his own heating and cooling business in another state, so I called him and asked him what to do. My brother said Al's information did not make sense because my outside fan was not working and Al said my compressor was blown. The fan would still work with a blown compressor. My brother told me to get a second opinion. The second opinion came over flipped my breaker and said - DONE, NO CHARGE. AC works great.
