+ 0 morePaul was a true pleasure to work with--professional and good humored. He knew we were planning a dinner party and he accommodated our schedule at every step. Not only did he do excellent work, he went out of his way to keep our pets safe during the process. He used plastic sheeting to close off the room where he was working and this ensured that there would be no dust. The price was exactly as he had estimated it. He even helped us put pads on the furniture legs and move the furniture back into the kitchen and dining room. I can't say enough good about him.
Description of Work: We dealt with Paul Hospodka on this project. He removed thecarpet in our dining room and installed a new hardwood floor. The project was necessary because a pet had started urinating on the carpet. So before he installed the new floor, Paul painted the affected area with Kilz and also painted the wall behind the baseboard "just in case." He then repainted that section of the wall to be good as new. The new dining room floor abutted the existing hardwood floor in our kitchen. Paul adjusted the floor finish on the new dining room floor to look like a continuation of the adjoining kitchen floor, and he also re-sealed the kitchen floor so it would appear that both were the same age.
