+ -1 moreI ordered the special from Angie's List Big Deals. The locksmith called and we scheduled the appointment. He showed up exactly on time and changed four locks in my house. Professional, courteous, and straightforward when it came to the unusual locks that were previously installed. Happy with the service.

+ -1 moreI waited over an hour...but it was evening and I knew there was a wait time; when they got here, they took care of the problem right away; they were professional and friendly and I was glad they were willing to come in the evening and help me get my problem solved!
Description of Work: I was locked out of my home and they came and unlocked and replaced a much needed new lock on the door.

+ -1 moreThey are prompt and efficient. I have always had good service when I have had to go to their shop for key copying. My neighbor used them as she had locked herself out of her house, and called them to come and let her in; they were very prompt about that. I would use them again in the future.
