About us

We are a small business with 7 employees. We install and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing, and septic systems for new construction and existing homes. Our billing cycle is net 30 and we accept checks or cash. We are open 7:30 to 5:00 M-F and 7:30 to 12:00 on Saturday. We are also available for emergency situations 24 hours a day. Services may not be limited to the counties selected depending on the location and situation.

I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Andrew & Scott fixed all the plumbing issues on existing plumbing & new plumbing works great. Very clean with work space. They are professional & know their field well.
Description of Work: Plumbing for new bathroom, repair existing plumbing that had been done improperly.

I can't begain to discribe the incompetence. On the well they would break things to come back and fix. I learned this after 4 months of intermitant water and hiring someone else. The person I hired showed me what they had done. They also charged 350 for a pump that is 128.00 at manards. The new plumber fixed it in 30 mins. Its lasted 2yrs. As for pumping my septic tank. They pumped one side less than half way. Never pumped the other side but did manage to drop the concrete lid down the hole leaving it exposed and never telling me. Again so they could come back sooner. I then hired Joes who actually did the job and showed me what RJs had done. I wouldnt ever recomend them. Ever

[Member Name Removed], Good morning. I've went through our customer accounts for the previous 15+ years and was not able to find your name in our system at all. Could you please tell me when your services were rendered? Sending me copies of your invoices would be helpful as well. If you can prove that we did actually do work for you and it was subpar we'd be happy to remedy the issue. To address the rest of your comment. We have 1000's of customers to serve so we don't have the time nor the need to intentionally break or not properly fix a customer's issue. In the rare event we don't get something repaired properly (nobody is perfect) we always go back immediately and ensure our customer's satisfaction. As for your supposed price of our well pump? We aren't Menards. We pay more for our product, our products come with warranty, most of our products are Made in the USA and even if you think its the same pump that Menards offers, it isn't. Our products come from certified wholesalers and are made of more quality materials than the items you can purchase at Menards. Finally, in all our years of owning this business there has been one lid dropped in a septic tank. It was replaced immediately free of charge and that happened approximately 15 years ago. The plumber was pleasant and courteous. He picked up after himself and left no mess. I have used this company for years as they are prompt and dependable.
Description of Work: Needed new faucets in upstairs bathroom sink. They came and removed faucets and provided new faucets of my choice.
