+ -1 moreLaura Soride and her assistant Chelsea marketed and sold our Zero lot-line home in North Liberty. We got frequent feedback, many times daily, on all showings and great advice on ways to improve the home's appeal. We started at a slow point in the market, but we still had an accepted offer within 2 months. Laura and Chelsea did two open houses and a brokers' open house and we feel they really worked hard to sell our house. Laura also helped us find our new home in Coralville, and we couldn't be happier. She showed us a LOT of houses and never seemed to mind. Even when we got a little discouraged, having a hard time finding the right place, she kept us going and eventually we found the perfect place. We consider Laura a friend now, and will definitely be contacting her if we need a realtor again.
Description of Work: Laura Soride sold our house and helped us buy our new house.

Description of Work: This spring I was looking for a house and met Laura Soride at an open house she was showing. She was very pleasant to deal with and asked me what I was looking for. I ended up with a home in an ideal location and didn't have to worry about any of the details that some home buyers forget. Laura Soride took care of everything from raydon inspection, septic system, and follow-ups from financing to closing. She is an excellent comunicator and set me up with a custom view of the available real estate in the areas I wanted. I couldn't have been happier with the service. She continues to help me with advice and answers to my real estate questions. I only wish I would have met her sooner when I put my last up for sale. Eric Shultz
