+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier. They took care of the loaner and repair with no worries or cost on my part. They spent 4 hours between installing the loaner and replacing the original after the service work. I have been able to deal with "Stretch" Shepard since the start of my relationship and he has really taken care of me.
Description of Work: I had a power surge that damaged my Pioneer Elite HDTV Panel and Sony A/V Receiver and since it was under the 2 year warranty they brought out loaner equipment and took mine in for repair. The HDTV had a new board put in it and the Sony was replaced all and all the services and parts were no charge. I think they provided all the service you could expect and was totally pleased with the way they handled the situation.

+ -1 moreI couldn't be more pleased with the results. They guided me to purchase great components even though I was open to purchasing more expensive equipment. The installation was done very professionally and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwords. They put the speakers in the most aesthetically pleasing locations even though it required more work. They spent over two hours programming the remote to make it easy for me to operate the system. One of the best things about them is they have come back to my house three times after power outages and cable box problems and got things running smoothly again. There was no charge and the same day I called. I have highly recommended them to anyone considering a system.
Description of Work: I purchased a home theater system based on their evaluation of my environment and budget. They installed the system which included two HDTVs, surround sound system, BluRay DVD player and radio controlled remote. The installation included installing one of the HDTV's over my fireplace on a store wall. They custom programmed the remote so I only have to press one button to do multiple tasks.
