+ -1 morePerry and his crew respond to our calls and calls from tenants promptly. He is accessible day and night and is always cheerful when taking a call. He performs all tasks we ask of him quickly and he communicates well throughout the process (no surprise costs, etc.). He delivers quality work at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: We own a rental property and Quality Home Repairs has provided a myriad of services including: unlocking entries for locked-out tenants, built stair railing, put in new carpeting and drywall after spring flooding in basement, built storage area in garage, provided yard clean up, etc.
