Description of Work: Laptop said it couldn't access the network card. He cleaned it up, and now it works. 2nd repair for the same problem (first with a different business that didn't last.)

Description of Work: After restoring files on my new computer there were several copies of the same file in different areas of the making it impossible to work efficiently. computer source was able to put all of the files where they belong and was able to explain to me what occurred when the restoring of the files was done.

Description of Work: Computer Source (CS) tested a hard drive I had recently lost the ability to access. My hope was that they might be able to access the data and possibly copy it to a new HD but the HD was too badly damaged, and they could not help me. Even so, I was given information about two other services that can sometimes retrieve data from compromised media. They offered different types of data recovery service for a wide variance in cost, neither of which I could afford, but the CS technician tested my HD and answered all of my questions and provided service not required (information about alternatives) and charged me nothing, co firming my own excellent experience with them some two years earlier, when they had been able to help me and had provided exceptional service for a very fair price. They know their stuff. Have fair, well-displayed prices, and will refer you elsewhere if they cannot help.

They are the best. I never even look at another company. I recommend them for being the fist and only computer company anyone will need.
