I started this search with a product comparison on the internet and ended up going to Billiard and Spa Gallery in Coralville. I was met by an enthusiastic sales rep named Ky who walked me through the various versions of the spas that they had available. Given that I was under a bit of a time crunch to make the date for an anniversary gift, he was able to very quickly put together a package that made perfect sense at an acceptable price. While I may have spent more than I'd originally planned, the product appears very solid and we've put it to good use. This isn't the cheapest option, but if you want to get a spa installed and avoid having difficulties and focus just on enjoying it, give them a call. Both Ky and Billiards have exceeded any expectation we could reasonably have had, and I'd have no hesitation referring a friend to their capable hands.
