Bell Movers Moving Service

We hired Bell movers to unload our truck once we arrived in Iowa City. Less than 24 hours before the move they called to cancel because they were "running behind". They suggested another local company that is highly rated but twice as expensive. No accommodations to make up the difference in price were offered, nor was the option to accommodate us the following day. Extremely unprofessional. We ended up getting another mover last minute that did a great job and mentioned that this was not the first time that this has happened with Bell Movers. Stay away from this company of you want guaranteed service.

WOW! Scott and crew were terrific! We have moved many time in our careers (sometimes across country) and used many of the “Big Name” national companies and Bell Movers in Coralville is one of the best companies we have ever used. Their communication prior to the move and during the move was excellent. They truly looked out for our needs and took care of our property. They were professional in every aspect of the moved. Scott even called the night before our move and asked if we needed anything and offered to bring boxes. They set up the rooms in our new home the way we wanted and put everything together they took apart to move. Everything was wrapped and protected; nothing was lost or broken. They are the best; good people, good work ethic and good prices! You can’t go wrong using them for your next move!

Scott and his assistant arrived as expected with a van and moved the things without incident that day.

It couldn't have gone better. Scott Bell and his helper arrived at the scheduled time. They covered my stair rails and walls with Bell's moving blankets so nothing in the house would be damaged. They wrapped all furniture with moving blankets that I had rented from the truck rental company. They expertly loaded everything I had hoped to have loaded and even more because of their skill in knowing how to place items in the truck. Everything came through the move in as good of condition as it started. Not a single item was damaged. The cost of the job seemed like a reasonable per hour rate and the two men worked hard the entire time of the job. I would certainly hire Bell Movers Moving Service to do this again. They were professional and hard working. I couldn't be more pleased.

Bell Moving was great! They're responsible, reliable, on time, careful with our furniture, good communication, and very fairly priced. Scott and Matt were very courteous, considerate and very helpful. I would call them again for any of our moving needs with no hesitation! They helped to make a stressful time stress free!

Have used this service twice. From the first call this was the most organized group I have ever worked with. They updated and confirmed dates,times, movers and their names. They are all college students so brief bio was give about and their field of study. They were very prompt, courteous and careful handling all items. Have recommended Bellhops to several people and would use them again.

Awesome. Had to use some quick thinking to get the heavy piece out a door that was too small.

I will be honest. Great people. They where a little late from the estimated time originally set. That was probably the only frustrating thing. The experience was great. They somehow fit all of our stuff in one trip. Which was impressive. I would recommend Bell Movers anytime. Good work and thank you for everything-Cheers
