One of our concerns was finding another individual who is like-minded and cares about the project. (Richard and his co-workers were especially aware of details and our property by taking special care to prevent undue damage. Beeler Lawn and Landscape paid attention to detail, were thoughtful, considerate and punctual. If we had to do it again, we would hire Beeler Lawn and Landscape without a moments hesitation. I was extremely pleased with the work done on our new back patio by Beeler Lawn and Landscape. I obtained several different quotes and Richard was creative/honest/and a great communicator throughout the process. I have already requested that he return in the spring for more work on our yard/landscaping.

Richard explained what the job would entail and followed through with everything the job needed. He was there when he said he would be and finished the job in a timely fashion. If I would need any other work done, he would be the person I would call.

Richard was not too busy with large landscaping projects to come and see what I needed to have done. In two hours he and his team removed all the old weedy , dirty landscape rocks, bushes, and volunteer trees, He graded off the area and laid down beautiful new green sod. Also, I was impressed that he was acting as a professional; his fiancée answered my call within a 2 or 3 rings; when I explained what I wanted to have done, she took down my information and phone number. She said Richard would get back to me, and he did by phone and later by visit. I was so tired of leaving voicemails or messages online at other landscapers websites, and never hearing anything from them. Iâ m sure Richard is happy his fiancée picked up the call, as I am too. None of the Marshall County landscapers had time for a little project like mine, and couldnâ t be bothered to call or text me to say â noâ to my request. It took Richard in Collins in Story county to act like a true professional! The job was done a couple months later when the weather cooled and became fall- like. We have been watering the sod and it looks beautiful!

Richard Beeler is such a great guy to work with. He walked through every process so we were aware of what was going on and what to expect along the way. He always asked for our opinion, but we knew that what he suggested was what was best for our new backyard patio. His communication was awesome and I felt comfortable asking â stupid questionsâ . I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them again next year for more landscaping!!!
