I submitted a request for service on a Sunday afternoon to look at at breaker that kept popping, with the expectation that someone would contact me on Monday. Nope, Sunday night my phone rang and it was Mr. Electric calling to set up an appointment before "they got booked up for the rest of the week." I do not know of any service provider that calls on a Sunday night to schedule an appointment, let alone to get me in on Tuesday. Austin and Sam arrived promptly on Tuesday, immediately diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. They were polite, and Austin took the time to go over everything and answer all my questions. They were excellent and saved my family from something far worse happening. Even more, they sent a thank you the following week to me. I cannot say enough good things at Mr.Electric. This is the second time I have used them and will use them again for any electrical issues. They are professional, fair-priced, and do a great job.

Great work and efficient

Brandon & Austin completed our pergola wiring project for us. The company had a good system to remind us of our appointment and their arrival status. The guys were knowledgeable in regards to the various electrical standards and had a couple of good project alternatives. They cleaned up after the project was done and they were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Austin & Brandon, nice job!

Mallory was so helpful on the phone, showing empathy for our situation and promising to get service providers to us as soon as possible. Brandon and Austin came as soon as they could and handled the problem promptly, explaining what needed to be done and taking care of it completely. They also conducted a home safety check and walked me through the issues found in our home and suggested various remedies. They were friendly, open to discussing all my questions, and extremely helpful. Just the kind of professional service all of us always hope for. Everyone I worked with demonstrated attentive and professional service. Highly recommended!

The service rep who came to our job was very knowledgeable and skilled in what he did, which included the electrical work and some carpentry skills required to install a new range hood in an existing kitchen. Top notch.

Dustin Taylor is the technician who came to my home, diagnosed the problem with a new ceiling fan. He left to get a part and returned very soon and got everything working. I'm very pleased and I rank this company and staff with an A+.
