They did a good job at a fair price. They also identified some other electrical issues that they corrected.

We had them replace 8 different lighting fixtures, they completed the job more quickly than we expected, were very professional, and made the whole process go very smoothly.

My electrical panel was sparking, so I needed an electrician to come asap and didn't really have time to shop around. Since they were going to have to pull a permit, the whole house needed to be up to code. They gave me a quote and did some work, but then the house didn't pass inspection. They added a lot of work to my original quote. They came down on the price a bit but still ended up paying way more than originally quoted. Had to check the quotes and invoices because there were items that didn't belong almost every time. The work they did seemed fine, but it was a big ordeal that lasted several months. In the end, they were trying to hassle me for payment before I could make sure the inspection was complete. I could go into more detail, but it would just belong. Just an overall terrible experience.

MR. Electric is a great company. On time and very respectful. The technician Gary was very knowledgeable. As with any electrical work its extremely expensive.

Great work done by professional staff and customer service was awesome. Gary a big heads up for a job well done!

The quality of the work was excellent. I added and replaced 4 outlets in my house. The outlets that were replaced or added look like they were always there to begin with. He cleaned up after himself. He was kind and courteous. One of the things that I had originally hired him for was to repair my doorbell. In the end he could not locate the transformer to replace that part. He said he could keep looking but it could get very expensive. His suggestion was to get a plug in or battery operated doorbell. He did take down the old one since it is useless. The fees/cost were more than what I was expecting, but the quality of the work made up for the cost.

When we explained our electrical problem, Dustin allotted extra time in his schedule, anticipating the scope of the issues we were having. He thoroughly assessed the problem, advised us of our options and then went to work. He was professional and exceptional. Highly recommend

Travis came by to do a free estimate. I said free. The estimate was within our budget and I told Travis to go ahead and do it. He actually did it right then and there. Great experience with Mr. Electric and Travis was wonderful.

Travis did an incredible job on our electrical for our hot tub installation! It is so clean looking I couldn’t ask for more. Top notch customer service and communication! Good work Travis and thank you!
