Vjs Cleaning & Errands Service

I purchased a cleaning certificate at a charity auction from VJ's and gave it to my friend Mary Hess Cirligel. Mary has tried and tried for MONTHS to use her certificate! She has scheduled a cleaning twice with the owner and twice it has been NO show and NO call! I called and received a reply from the owner stating she had never talked to Mary or made an appointment with her. Since then, Mary and I have called and called with NO callbacks at all! On July 11th I made one final call, I stated that if I or Mary didn't get a callback within 24 hours (as her voice mail states) I was calling the BBB and make comments wherever I could to let others know about her horrible business practices. I left my phone number and Mary's in fact I repeated them twice on the voice mail!! A week later on July 18th I made a complaint on her FB page. Within less than 15 minutes she posted a comeback stating that she would take care of Mary if Mary would just call her. Mary then made a statement that she had called her over and over with no callbacks. Then the owner stated that she hadn't been actually paid to do the work, the charity had been paid. What does that mean? You don't have to make good on a gift certificate if you give it away at an auction? I am a small business owner myself and if I ran my business this way I wouldn't have one! She has yet to contact Mary or myself about the issue and erased my complaint. There are many other complaints on Facebook and Yelp about her.
