I had a frozen pipe. Although they didnâ t unfreeze the pipe I was given the option of them spending another couple hours at nearly $100 an hour to go to the hardware store to get the stuff needed to un thaw and I declined and did it myself.

We requested service through them on 12/29/2020 due to a leaking water heater. The contractor came out two days after the service request was put in through our warranty service. We have been without hot water (leak got worse) since the morning of 1/9/21 with no end in sight. Contacted after-hours number on 1/9 to determine how to shut off the gas since pilot would not light with no response to date on that issue. Thankfully, we were able to figure out how to do it. Have been requesting a time frame since 1/7/21 on when the replacement will occur. The company has not given us a timeframe. When first asked why it has taken two weeks to resolve, they first blamed the warranty company, but when called out they finally stated: **As for why it took this long to get the water heater approved, that is a combination of things at the office level, which we are working on to get resolved**. It took 6 days to get that answer. Yesterday we received an invoice of **uncovered charges**. Our warranty covers installation, but as you can see in the invoice, they have labeled normal install items, such as cutting and removing an old water line and replacing it as modifications, and, therefore, they are not covered by the warranty. It also seems a little excessive that they have charged $118 for each disconnect and reconnect, which again, would be part of any normal installation. Very dissatisfied. The responses have been evasive (when we finally DO get a response) and we feel as if they are trying to cleverly bill us additional items, on top of what the warranty pays. We do not have hot water, our water heater empties daily onto the floor of our laundry room (as we only have a main shut-off valve in the house), and, after two weeks, they have not told us when they will come and replace it. Do not use this company.

They called me right away and came out the same day. It was the day before Thanksgiving so I appreciated that so much. The plumber was very professional and fixed my issues in 1 hour. I would highly recommend them.

Total Comfort Group contacted me by phone, I explained my project to them, they told me that they had a man on the way to my home to give me an estimate on the repair, he arrived at my house about 10 minutes later, he thoroughly looked everything over then gave me a price for the repair! I asked him when he could do the repair and he said he will repair it right now and I told him great! The service man was very knowledgeable and explained all of what he was going to do, he was very polite, he completed the repair in approx. 2 hours, he cleaned up everything when he was finished!! He done an "excellent job", all of the new parts he put on was included in his price quote!! It was a pleasure to work with this man from Total Comfort Group and I would definitely recommend this Company for any plumbing projects that you might have!! Thank you HomeAdvisor! A job well done!
