Superstorm Restoration

I am trying to delete my previous negative review of Superstorm, but Angi is not cooperating. Let me add this, Superstorm stepped up and took care of the repairs over and above. Things happen, mistakes happen when humans are involved. In this case, I am so happy. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Zach was very easy to work with. the work was done on time, and very satisfied with completion of work performed.

Mike Cross is who I worked with throughout the project. Very professional from the start...assisted with quote, insurance, and project review both pre- and post-job. Quote came in higher than insurance was willing to pay (due to depreciation schedule as roof is 15+ years old)...so Mike adjusted the quote to ensure I was not paying more than we had discussed originally. The work started a week or so later than discussed, but this was due to weather issues. The crew started promptly as soon as they arrived, and completed roof (19 sq of shingles) AND clean-up same day! I would strongly recommend these folks if you need roofing work! Thanks Mike and team!

It went real well, they came out, did a free inspection of my property and found that I had Hail & Wind damage from a recent storm. We contacted the insurance company, the adjuster came out and approved my roof, gutters, some screens and combing out my air conditioner. I had all the work done, through Superstorm, and they walked me through the entire process, very painlessly. All it cost me was my deductible, and I did not have to get several estimates. The new roof looks great, and I even got to choose a new color and look to the roof. Very happy. I would recommend anyone needing a roof, gutters, or just a property inspection to give them a call.
