I needed new garbage disposal. They showed up, installed it, couldn't get the switch to work properly and told me I needed an electrician. So I spent a day trying to set up an appt with electrician, only to take my own look to see he had PLUGGED IT INTO THE WRONG OUTLET. I fixed that then, I ran the disposal once, it fell off and drained water everywhere. A new tech came to fix it. 4 month later.... OUTSIDE WARANTY... it stopped again. they came out, cleared the blockage and charged me 127 dollars for the work. It has stopped working twice since then as well that I have personally fixed to save the money. Trash equipment and trash-trained employees

They did a good job for a fair price. They were very professional.

The serviceman cleaned his truck at my time ($ 89/hr) to accommodate water heater in the truck in spite of knowing that he was suppose to pick up the water heater!! When I challenged the extra time that he billed me he argued that the bill has to be paid in full if not he'll have to call police. When I called the office to discuss this , the office manage was very rude and threatened to send the bill (if not paid in full) to collection agency.

My kitchen sink was backing up. When I ran the disposal, the rinse sink would fill with waste water, and, likewise, when the dishwasher would emply, the wastewater would back up in the sinks. I called Rhiner out of the YP. They came out, claimed to have cleared the drain, called it "sludge" causing the block, charged me $127 ! and left. They did not clear the drain. Not only that, but when they left, the shutoff valve to the dishwasher was leaking. I called a couple of days later. They do not warrant work clearing drains. They would be happy to come out and fix the leak. At standard rates. They were on time. They were friendly and hospitable. Their work sucked. They overcharged based on other experiences I have had. They refused to stand behind it. They left me with a bigger problem than what I had when they came. I will not call them again, and, when asked about plumbers since, have recommended against using them based on this experience.

The job only took twenty minutes. I thought the pricing was good for the quality of the work they did. The workers seemed really good and professional.

My experience was that he was overpriced for the work he did. He cut the pipe at the hosebed, left about 20 feet of pipe and installed the shutoff valve. He said that in the spring he could come back and finish up the plumbing for the hosebed. If he had taken it out it would have left a hole until spring, (Question:why couldn't it have been patched).

They were top notch.
