+ -1 moreIf anyone has ever told you not to pay a contractor until they are completely finished, BELIEVE THEM!!! I wish i had listened!!! it dosent matter how much they whine for money during the job, I WILL NEVER hand a contractor another nickel until every little thing is done! sorry to all those honest contractors out there, but guys like MATT HAGEMAN of MDH Designs in iowa cause this to happen to you all. no more money till its completely done. and in fact they should make a law that says the contractor should pay for all supplies until the customer is satisfied with the job and then pay for supplies and labor!!!
Description of Work: BEWARE!!! THIS GUY IS A SCAM ARTIST!!! He claims to have experience and schooling, he may have high school level schooling but thats probably it! And experience, whatever it is,it definately isnt in remodeling!!! He makes tons of promises he cant keep! His work is shoddy and his practices are very shady!!! Please beware of this one!!! I am going to have to take him to court to get what I paid for!!! I WILL NOT BE SCAMMED!!! He will regret not returning my calls and not coming back to fix all the things he said he would that have fallen appart!!! thanks for ripping me off Matt. see you in court !!!
