+ -1 moreWent badly. She was reluctant to drive me to sites, once asking me if I couldn't drive. I found I couldn't trust her and quot;expertand quot; opinion; at one house with a clearly leaky basement, she told me I wouldn't find a house in Des Moines area with a dry basement. I started shopping around for other realtors when she started sending me emails of 600 sq ft houses. Whew!
Description of Work: She was asked to locate housing, having been supplied with a list of "ideal" requirements. My requirements changed as time went on. She was unable to either find housing based on the initial requirements or to change as those requirements changed.

Description of Work: Jeanne is a top notch agent. I can't begin to say how much I appreciated her individual attention to my needs and concerns. I would absolutely recommend her to every person that asks for an agent. I found her to be extremely straight forward and honest, and i couldn't be happier with the service she provided. I found out after the fact that she supported my choice of a home even though she knew she would not be receiving a commission. She never mentioned this to me during the sale process, and I only found out quite by accident after the fact. The other agency involved apparently has been refusing to pay commissions to Keller Williams agents in this area in an effort to boycott their entry in to this market. Jeanne continued professionally in helping me find the home I loved, even knowing that this would be the outcome. Shame on this other company! If you are looking for honesty and integrity and someone to represent YOUR interests, Jeanne Glaser and Keller Williams are the right choice for you!
