 + -1 moreThe sunken concrete was a liability lawsuit waiting to happen. I am very happy to have this problem resolved. It was a fascinating process. First they raised the larger driveway piece, then they brought up the sunken sidewalk and made everything even. The whole process only took about an hour to an hour and a half. The two guys worked steadily and were friendly when I spoke with them. Thanks, Iowa Concrete!

 + -1 moreThey were on time and proceeding immediately to the repairs. They gave an estimate of the time and were finished in that time period. They cleaned up afterward. Explained what they had done with us and talked about the warranty of their work. They were courteous and concentrated on their job. They did excellent work and we would have them again.
Description of Work: They raised one panel of our driveway back to the level of the garage door opening. They raised two of the front door sidewalk panels to a level position. They raised all the panels of the city sidewalk out front to level reduce trip edges.

 + -1 moreWe called them and they gave us a quote, did the work on the day agreed to and cleaned up after they left. There were no hidden charges in fact one resident did not want it done and they automatically reduced the bill.
Description of Work: we have a homeowners association and Iowa leveling fixing most of our steps to be level and the correct height for safe entry to homes. We have had them out twice, the first time they did such a good job that others noticed and wanted their steps corrected . They were on time, cleaned up after them selves and I though very professional. We have thirty units and 21 or so were corrected and they also fixed one walkway as well. The only complaint we had were the color of the holes left by the mud jacking.
