HomeSquare Home Maintenance Services is a service based business, focused on a professional customer experience. Our number one objective is to deliver to our customers the highest quality of workmanship along with a standard of professionalism that is unsurpassed. We offer drastically discounted service plans to our customers that sign up for our scheduled monthly visits to take care of the basic seasonal and frequently necessary services. We also offer a flex plan to our customers that have a monthly contract for service. We call it our flex plan. We will sell to you a block of hours that can be used to take care of any additional hanyman tasks that are not included in our monthly visit. These hours are good for use in 1/2 day increments and are sold at a discounted hourly rate. The more days you buy the bigger the discount we can give. Our services that we consider our specialties include: Whole home, seasonal preparations. Example Winterization Spring clean up mulching, flower planting Summer time property fixes and repairs Fall yard and landscape clean up Pressure washing window cleaning deck repair and staining Gutter cleaning Doors and window adjustments Overhead door maintenance building and maintaining fences We honor customer requests to help out doing anything that they need that we can do. If it's possible, we will be there. What sets Homesquare apart from other handyman services? Our business is focused around what our clients want from us. We understand that responding to calls, showing up on time and frequent updates are most important to being trusted and reliable. Our reputation is based on this and we do not intend to change.
