've just moved in from out of state with an autistic kid...I had a washer/dryer delivered during the week and my husband is a weekend commuter. I tried to find breakers panel by myself and tried that one called Laundry. Was ok, but washer was not working, however it was working with extension cord. We called this company and we presumed it was a short, as I tried that breaker...it made sense they asked 160$ to fix it. However, the electrician found another breaker, called Laundry That he pushed in less than 2 minutes ... I was not seeing that one after 15 hours of driving with my special needs kid in the car!!! They charged me 160$ STILL , just for pushing a breaker!!! The owner is rude and in my opinion, instead of adjusting the price to just a service call, he charged me justifying the driving to my house! After they said they were, however, in the area. I was misdirected by their good reviews too!

The Electricians are very nice and definitely know what they are doing. Would hire them again in a second.

I called around 3 weeks before the work and they said they would get back to me. They did about a week and a half prior giving me a couple of options. The electricians were prompt, quick with the work (it only took about 15 minutes), and very nice guys. My only complaint is that I was told the hourly rate for the electrician which I felt was very fair. However, they sent 2 for a pretty small job and so I had to pay the hourly rate for 2 electricians instead of 1. Again, both were great guys but I'm pretty sure for that small of a job, 1 would have been able to finish within the allotted hour. If I were to need an electrician again, I would definitely go with them, but I would specify the size of the job and ask for only 1 electrician instead of 2 if it was as small of a job as this was.

I called after hours and left a message that I wanted an estimate and to please call me. No one called me so I called during business hours and got a recording. Still have not heard back from them.

It went very well, they installed a fixture that required some redirection of wiring that he did not suspect when he provided the estimate. There was no upcharge for the extra work.

They were very professional. We thought it was a bit pricey, but we haven't had electrical work done in awhile, so maybe it's the going rate.

Travis coordinated all the work, starting with a having the trench dug for the underground line to the box and to our backyard. MidAmerican brought in the 200 amp line and Travis brought the power to the house, installed the new box and then laid the power to the back yard for a hot tub and a workshop. He worked with his people to ensure the box was correctly labeled. All changes and installations were completed to code and passed inspection with no issues or concerns.
