Iâ ve had quotes from 3 different companies this week. All of the electricians were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Blake from CES was the most personable. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and provided a quality estimate. My electrical request is multi-faceted, so each electrician had different recommendations. Blake was the only one who didnâ t say that I needed to replace my breaker panel. Comparing the quotes is like comparing apples to oranges because they are for different ways to solve my problem, but itâ s worth mentioning that Blakeâ s quote required a lot less money than the others. Even regardless of pricing, thereâ s no electrician that Iâ d rather work with than Blake.

A little more expensive than I expected but would use them again. Tech was very helpful and thorough.

Eric Fierro did all I expected and more. He arrived on time and was patient as I was helping someone at a sale. He did his estimate and then performed the work. He was conversive, attentive, and informative all while continuing to work. When finished, other than the new outlets and ground wire one would not have known he was there. I had a terrible situation. I had 2 Ames electrical companies turn down the Job as too big. Custom Electrical accepted the job, and Katy, the office person, began to coordinate arrangements with the City of Ames, as well as a boring company, taking me out of the middle of it all. Thank you Katy!!! Rogan, the electrician, spent a great deal of time with me is assessing the situation, was conscientious in all his dealings, and very courteous. Custom Electric made a very stressful situation much easier for me. They will get all my electrical work in the future.
