Thought they were expensive

On time, professional, very friendly, Fixed problem. Maybe a little expensive!

Four service people out and still didn't get done in time expected. All servicemen very personable and knowledgeable and attuned to my needs. Very comfortable having them doing work for me on my property. Thought the job was expensive, but maybe I just don;t know the going rate for electricians. Very positive experience. Would call Custom Electrial Services again, to do work for me.

Way overpriced were in my home for 2 hrs and charged 1200.00 then did a poor job of cleaning up.

They worked WITH me to match my budget, timing and quality expectations.

They tried to up sell me on everything, I felt like it was a sales call rather then a service call. they forgot to turn breaker back on. I had to hire another electrician to come double check the work, and they found NOTHING wrong with the breaker panel as the electrician with custom suggested. Very upsetting as a consumer to be lied to . He knew he was making me uncomfortable and waived the service charge, but still charged me the 63.00 to fix one electrical switch. I called the company, they offered to send him back, I said, "no thank you!. I should of had the new electrician double check the work, but really could not afford another charge for the same issue. I hope it really was repaired

Very good follow up by customer service on confirming appointment. Electrician was very knowledgeable and explained what he would do and gave me several options of services they could provide. Excellent work!
