Eric Fierro did all I expected and more. He arrived on time and was patient as I was helping someone at a sale. He did his estimate and then performed the work. He was conversive, attentive, and informative all while continuing to work. When finished, other than the new outlets and ground wire one would not have known he was there. When finished the the charge for the service was what he estimated. I could not have gone better. Thanks to Eric and Custom Electric Services.

I had a terrible situation. I had 2 Ames electrical companies turn down the Job as too big. Custom Electrical accepted the job, and Katy, the office person, began to coordinate arrangements with the City of Ames, as well as a boring company, taking me out of the middle of it all. Thank you Katy!!! Rogan, the electrician, spent a great deal of time with me is assessing the situation, was conscientious in all his dealings, and very courteous. Custom Electric made a very stressful situation much easier for me. They will get all my electrical work in the future.

The technician was very friendly. I was a bit annoyed that he had to keep taking work calls while he was trying to do my job.

Drier had no power. Electrician found problem was a loose connection in breaker box. Also noted other loose connections & fixed them, too. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough electrician. Arrived on time.
