Buresh was professional, courteous and very well qualified. The materials used were far above the norm, and the design was very attractive. You can tell at a glance that it is a superior job compared to most decks. They certainly cost more than a lot of other deck builders, but there is a reason: excellent materials and skill along with excellent, dependable service.

Buresh Home Solutions replaced the siding on my home six years ago. Recently we noticed water damage within trim boards on the house close to the replaced siding as well as water leaking into basement windows. When Buresh was contacted they came out immediately to examine the property. It took nearly eight months to resolve the problem due to the terribly cold winter we experienced this year but in the end Buresh stood by their work by replacing and fixing everything needed. I am extremely happy to say that they are a trustworthy company and follow through on promises.

He wouldn't give us a ball park estimate when he was here, so when we met with him we were shocked at the price to provide an awning only and no deck repair. I guess I was looking for someone to work hourly and not such a high end developer. However, I'm sure if we could afford the work they would have done an excellent job.

It went excellent. From the owner, to office workers, to carpenters they all went the extra mile. They 2 carpenters worked quickly in the dead of winter to replace our deck (not done by them initially). They took care of coordinating with our insurance company and even helped shovel our driveway when it snowed. Strongly recommended.

Jason Grassley was my contact with Buresh Home Solutions and I was very pleased with his work. His team performed high quality work and finished my roughly 1200ft2 basement in 1 workday. The installers were able to work around existing wiring and fixtures and cleaned up after their work. Jason was flexible with rescheduling requests and payment dates and was in general very professional yet personable. During the initial visit he talked through the process and answered all the questions I had. He also prepared the rebate application for the energy efficinecy rebate with my utility. Overall I would recommend Jason and Buresh Home Solutions for your insulation project.

They were excellent. They were very professional, the crew was excellent. The crew listened to my concerns and even suggested some upgrades that were a big help. They use quality supplies and techniques and were the highest quality to cost ratio of all the companies that bid on this project. I would use them again.

Great service from estimate to clean-up. Cost about 1/2 of what other window replacement companies cost and it matches my other wood frame windows that were not replaced.

The guy who gave me an estimate was very nice and informative. It took them a week to give me an estimate.

Costwise, I thought they were comfortable. They were not the least expensive but I think the selling point for me was when they recommended shingles that were mildew proof because we live in a wooded area with shade and moss or whatever can actually grow on the shingles and cause them to deteriorate faster. I was pleased with everything as far as their clean up and the quality of the work. There might have been some slight weather delays, which is out of their control, but otherwise they pretty much appeared to the schedule that they gave me.

The first piece needed for the job was the window. They were very quick on measuring and then we waited 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. The siding replacement work began and then the window was replaced before the siding work got to the 2nd floor window. The painted was completed after the siding work was done. Our only complaint was that there seemed to be some communication issues with the project. The inside window was not ready when the window arrived as it needed to be custom made as it was a half-moon window. We don't know why the trim was not ordered when the window was so it could be installed together. We did the work prior to putting it on the market. Now that it is completed, it looks great and the real estate agents believe the work will really help to make the house sell quickly. Willy, Kaylan and Tom were all very professional and great workers.

It is a difficult problem and I am not certain what approach should be used to correct it, so I have not fixed it as of this date.

We've had a good experience with them. They have good quality work and they were good with the job. The workers were also good with everything.

They did fine. I've really got nothing to compare it to; I have never done that before.

I used them once a couple of years ago. They did show up late but they were able to complete the job they came to do.

Our appointment was for Tuesday April 15 at 5:00 pm. We got a call early Tuesday morning telling us that the person coming out had to go out of town and needed to change our appointment to the following week. My husband told the woman he had several other appointments and was going to make a decision by Thursday morning. She told us her guy could probably make it out on Friday afternoon. John (my husband) told her again we were going to make a decision by Thursday morning. She told me they could get someone out on Wednesday morning. John told her that that wouldn't work - he already had appointments at 9, 11 and 1 that day but if they could come out later Wednesday afternoon that would work. She again offered Wednesday morning. John then told her maybe we should skip it - he had enough other companies coming out to be able to make a choice between them. She then asked what time John was home that evening (back to Tuesday) - he told her he got off work at 3, but had an appointment for a minor car repair at 3:30 and would be home by 5 - she told him she could have someone out there at 3. When John pointed out he wouldn't be home till 5, she put him on hold and came back to say they would have someone out to our place at 5 (our original appointment time). A pleasant professional young man showed up at 5 and talked to us a little about his company, and proceeded to walk around our house taking measurements. After about half an hour he told us he had to go figure our estimate and would send it to John via email that night - he also had to be out of town the following day so he would make sure to get it that night so we could make our decision Thursday morning - he assured us we would like his estimate above all the others. We didn't think anything of this procedure at the time, since he was the first one to come out, but have questioned it since - all the other companies that came to our home were able to provide us with an estimate on the spot. As of Thursday, April 24th we have received no correspondence at all from Buresh regarding our estimate - I should point out that from the time we got the call from the woman wanting to change our appointment, we felt like they regarded us as small potatoes. We are spending roughly $23,000 for the windows and siding on our home from the two contractors we have decided on. Here is the final insult - we have been purchasing our home on contract for 14 years. Recently John was able to procure a loan for traditional financing for the home, so his name finally showed as the owner of the home on the assessors webpage, as a recent purchase. Using, I assume, that information, John just yesterday got a congratulations card from the owner of Buresh Home Solutions asking for an opportunity to earn our business if are considering any home improvements.

After filling out a request online, I was contacted the next day and was told someone was going to come out to my house that day to get a quote on the work done. After I didn't hear anything the next day, I called the following day and someone came to my house, however I had to call them for my quote. The quote was reasonable and so I scheduled a time for them to come out and they came out the day scheduled, but the worker took one look at the work that needed to be done and said he didn't have the right tools/materials and he couldn't come back until the next day. Seems to me the communication wasn't the best from the estimator to the worker. That being said, once they were here they did a great job with the actual work - done fast and done well. Also didn't take any shortcuts. I would definitely have them come back and do some more work.

It went really well, when we asked for the quote, we did not get a time frame for their schedules, but they gave us a week's notice before starting the work. It took 4 1/2 days vs the 3 they quoted, but more drywall work was needed, so that was understandable. They were very punctual and clean. Justin did the work and he is always very communicative, which I appreciate.

This is a firm I use regularly. They have complete almost a 100% renovation of this home over the past few years, to include new windows, siding, doors, roof, and some significant interior work. They did an excellent job, were here when they said they were and if any issue came up, they took care of it and stood behind their bid. I plan on using them anytime I have additional construction work to be done.

They arranged for a specific measurements by their worker who was going to install. They measured, they arranged for the delivery of the six panel doors, they stained them to match the rest of the stained interior. Once the staining was completed, they installed them. Their was a slight change in the hardware from the lumberyard so they took that hardware, went to the local box store, obtained the correct hardware and installed that. They did an excellent job. We've used them several times and have always been extremely satisfied.

When the men arrived at my house to work the estimate, I was a little confused at first because the truck did not have a company logo on it, the logo on the man's shirt was small and he might have said his name and company but talked so fast that I didn't catch on at first so I thought he was from another company that I asked for an estimate as well. Opps. The man was very professional in speaking and working with me to determine my gutter replacement needs and made some amazing recommendations. In the end we decided to use another company that was cheaper in price, however they ended up not being very good in service so I think that next time I'll have to weigh service and professionalism along with price when determining who to choose for home improvement work.
