We have stone block patio steps that had begun to settle unevenly given incorrect installation by the previous owner of the home, which included installing the steps directly on top of the bottom siding board of our home. As a result of this, water/snow got behind the steps and damaged our bottom piece of siding as well. I called Buresh (among others) to arrange an estimate and Jason was out there in about two days to meet with me and discuss the issue. About a week later I received the estimate from Brian, which came in at the lower end in terms of cost compared to other estimates I received. I spoke with Brian a couple times during the process including a couple emails back and forth and he was able to get a two-man crew out about a week after I agreed to have Buresh Home Solutions do the repairs. The two guys that did the work were great, very professional and did an outstanding job with the repairs. This involved removing nearly around 60-70 90lb stone blocks including the sand/gravel under each layer of steps and resetting everything evenly with the proper materials underneath the steps. In addition, they replaced the damaged siding with a PVC board to avoid similar damage in the future. Overall, the process took about 3 weeks from start (calling for an estimate) to finish (having the work completed, which took about 2 full days). One of the advantages for me with having Buresh do the work is that they were able to do both the steps and siding repair. Other companies I called would only have been able to reset the steps, but I would have had to call another contractor out to repair the siding piece. Given that we would have had to tear out the steps first to get at the siding, this would have been inconvenient in terms of coordinating the scheduling between the two companies. Instead, Buresh was able to do it all and do it well. Brian and his team were great to work with...very professional, on time, great communication, cleaned up everything after they were done, and great price. I would not hesitate to call them in the future if I need any other exterior repairs completed.

Our experience with Buresh was excellent from beginning to end. Brian was great to work with, gave us various options for covering our patio, and came in at the cost quoted. The louvered roof is of very high quality, and one year in, we absolutely love the product. It was a bit more expensive than we were hoping to spend, but I would definitely use Buresh again for any home improvement projects we have. They're a great team!

Buresh cancelled twice on appointments to estimate on the job request, and never called to apologize. This is a vendor whom I'd worked with before and was quite happy with the job they did; yet, the second job was much smaller and didn't seem to warrant their attention. I was not happy to be "dissed" and will seek other vendors for this and other jobs. They apparently prefer the big job over the small, despite my being (or trying to be!) a repeat customer.

Excellent work. We are very pleased. They cleaned up after themselves, were here on time and finished when they promised. We are going to hire them to paint our new deck.

Went well and very professional.

Everything went well. The only glitch was that the contractor had to cancel the first appointment because his wife had a baby. That is understandable. Once that was past, they did everything they said they would do.

The Buresh crew did a great job for us! This is the third time we have used Buresh Home Solutions for a major project at our home. They are professional, courteous, and very attentive to detail. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. Their bid was very competitive (4 bids total). The crew did an outstanding job with nightly cleanup and left our property in excellent condition at the end of the project. Due to lots of rainy days plus repair of unanticipated water damage under our old siding, the project took longer than expected. This was not an issue for us as we knew that the project was being done professionally and correctly. We would definitely use Buresh again.

The company did the work as described and did it well. On time, on budget (I guesstimated the amount), cleaned up. The only issue I had was no one explained to us that new wood would not take stain the same way old wood would. I know, obvious, right? I specifically asked if it would look okay and was told the stainers do a good job and will make it look good. Nope. Brian Buresch offered to refinish in an opaque stain and seemed genuinely concerned over the issue. We were having the house repainted and wanted to wait on colors, and by then it was late fall and then I just completely forgot to take him up on his offer. So, not fault of their own.

This is the 1st time that I have dealt with shingling a roof and replacing siding. I knew it could get pricy so I got several bids. I was lucky to work with Jason. He set up an appointment with me at my convenience within a few days. He came to my house and I expressed my concerns with the roof (part flat over porch and rest shingles). He did go onto the roof and did a inspection and determined both were in need of replacement. He then measured the house for siding. He had brought samples of shingles and siding for me to look at and gave a high level process explanation of the work. Within a week I received a call to make an appointment to come to their office to go over the bid estimate. Jason showed me a variety of siding products and explained the differences between them. He also showed me sample of shingles that I could choose between and also explained in detail the products that would be used for the flat roof. He had taken the time to write up bids for each type of product so that I would know the cost of each. I very much appreciated the information he shared with me and felt I could make an intelligent decision on what product would be best for my budget. I give Jason an A for the following: Responsiveness - responded to my initial call and follow up calls with questions that I had. Punctuality - would set up a time to meet and was always on time. Professionalism - friendly, knew his products and explained things in a manner that made sense and could understand. Unfortunately, the price was not within my budget. Several other companies bids were more budget friendly. I would recommend getting a bid estimate from Buresh Home Solutions - they do have excellent products and I do believe that would do a great job with installation as well.

Gave up on them (they were "forgetting about" my e-mails, etc. -- responding a few weeks later, making unprofessional excuses, etc.). + + + + + I am pleased to find that this company *does* care about first impressions with their customers. Actually, they did have an appointment set up with me -- but when I called (and also e-mailed) their office to state that I had concerns about the questionnaire (which, at that time, required that all fields be filled in), the receptionist was quite firm in saying that "Everything has to be filled out before Jason can come out." I appreciate that they are trying to help narrow down the choices to save themselves and their future customers time. Even more than that, I am glad to know that they responded to my review, and made positive changes; that speaks very well of the company. I may consider contacting them again in the future. For what it's worth, this company still sends me their e-mail "updates"/"e-mail newsletters", so... apparently their database still has my e-mail address:-).

They were very prompt to reply to my quote request. Quoted price was not the lowest, but with their great reviews and Angie's List discount they were the best choice. Start of the project was delayed some because of weather, so no fault of theirs. However, once they started they completed it in a timely manner. They did a great job of communicating having the lead crew member meet with before work was started and then again half way through to make sure I was happy with how things were going. Once they were done, there were a few small things I noticed that I wanted corrected/re-done, which they did promptly. Since the completion of the project, they have contacted my by e-mail and mail to make sure I am completely satisfied. Very happy and would definitely use Buresh again!

Buresh employees were able to match older brick pattern which is no longer made. The two men who performed the work did an excellent job. I can not tell where the new brick work starts and the old ends. Job turned out much better than I had hoped. This company does excellent work...not the cheapest, but competitive. If you want the best call Buresh (pun intended), if you want cheap call another company.

After listening to my needs and concerns Jason arranged for a time to meet at Buresh's showroom to further discuss the products they use and how they are used to gain the maximum efficiency. My wife and I really needed this information as this is our first major home improvement project by a contractor. Taking the time to explain all the details made the decision to award the contract to Buresh a logical choice. We settled on a date and waited anxiously but unfortunately mother nature was not kind and caused delays. Jason kept in contact and provided regular updates to when the work would begin. AS soon as the weather cleared Gilbert's crew started at 7AM and worked diligently until the job was to a point that in the event of further rain I would had nothing to worry about. At the end of the first day my yard was spotless. Sure the grass was walked on but that was the only noticeable hint beside a new roof that work was performed. The next day the crew arrived and put the finishing touches on the new roof. I completed the walk around with Gilbert and received a final invoice with all the work that was performed. The final bill was slightly higher but that was caused by a few extra boards needing to be replaced, which was completely expected. From the beginning to the end Buresh treated us with complete professionalism. Sure my job was not a hue contract, but it was to my wife and I. I will not hesitate to contact them again for any work that I need to have performed.

That was 26 days ago, and I haven't heard a word. They are very well reviewed on Angie's List so I figured they were just busy, but now, six weeks since first contact, I'm giving up and starting from scratch. If the job wasn't worth their time, I would've appreciated being told as much so I wasn't left waiting.

They came out last fall, and the service was excellent. They had a fast quote and delivery, they came out sooner than we expected, the work was done very well, and the cleanup was excellent. I'm very happy with them.

They dropped all the materials off on a Friday in the front yard and they sat all that day, and Saturday was the day they were suppose to work but they didn't show up. They showed up on Sunday and we didn't know they were coming. The roofing job was pretty good, and replacing the fascia boards was ok but there were little gaps left. The clean up by the roofers was poor. They moved flowerbed bricks and didn't put them back, crushed flowers, left cable wires hanging to the ground and when stripping the shingles off the roof they knocked a gutter on the car. They took some of the down spouts and left some of the gutters in the yard. They did no follow up to see if every thing was ok or not.

Gave great feedback and was very knowledgeable.

I called Buresh about ten days ago to replace gutters/downspouts and add to garage. Within a week I had an estimate, scheduled a date and the work was done. That easy. They did everything they promised and on time. Very happy with this company. Next project window replacement. I will be calling Buresh!

Called to Inquire about having my deck stained. They said they were too busy with paint jobs to to the work this year. (I gave them a D instead of an F for being honest).

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, provided a quote in a very short time and setup a time to install the gutters within a week. The install crew was on time and very professional.

It went great! Jason Grassley and his team showed up on time and laid into the job. The crew, literally, tore into the job and had most of it done in a day. We started by visiting their showroom, where they had a huge selection of shingle colors and styles to choose from. We picked one that was a little multicolored, and had a slightly random-sized tabs, that we thought would look good on our 65-year old brick home. The roof was done, including some repair/replacement of a couple of "problem" spots where we'd gotten some moisture through the ceiling, most of it in less than a day, with the rest completed early the next day. It looks amazing, and we're very pleased at the professionalism, skill and recommendations that Buresh provided.

This entire project went very well, much better than expected. Buresh did it all... Their employees were prompt, professional and courteous. Their job foreman was good about explaining the different aspects of the work and was creative in addressing a change in our front window treatment. They left our home and the property each evening in very good order and after each phase of their work they did an excellent job of clean up. Buresh was competitive in their pricing although not the least expensive, (they were close) for the quality they delivered, I rate this an excellent value. I have two additional projects coming up in the Spring and really expect Buresh will do that work also. I recommend this company without reservation.

In 2006...Buresh Home Solutions replaced all the windows and siding to my home. I can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of the work that was done. I had a minor issue that came up recently and it was handled thoroughly and timely. Buresh Home Solutions is top notch and I highly recommend their work.

They started when the weather turned bitter cold and were done in a couple of days. Everyone I worked with at Buresh was fantastic. The scheduler worked with me to establish a start date as I had just got out of the hospital and was not staying at home. They gave me an estimate and that's exactly what it cost. And the crew was so nice and very professional. The work they did looks great. They followed up and really cared about us being satisfied. We will use them for whatever comes up in the future.
