They had actually put in some windows about six years ago and they had done a good job. The windows were great. I haven’t had any problems with any of that till now. I would have totally agreed for them to come two weeks ago but there are swamps right now so it took a little longer this time. They would be coming tonight. The windows are excellent quality and they did a great job. The reason I had them to put the remaining windows is because they put the liner around and so I don’t have to worry about painting it every year to keep them looking nice. I discovered that when I had some windows to paint every year. The way they do it, make the windows look nice for a really long time. Their professionalism was really good. Last time when they were here they got it done very fast, it looks nice, they cleaned up the mess, it didn’t take them very long to put in and get it all done. I would recommend them to other people.

Brian and his staff were extremely professional and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again for any of our future home exterior or interior improvement projects.

Ugo showed up to calculate our estimate from Buresh Home Solutions (BHS). He scrambled all over the house in a very earnest and businesslike manner, taking measurements and listening to my questions. After getting several estimates it became obvious that Ugo was most knowledgable and gave straightforward answers - and includded the reasons behind his explanations. We decided that since Ugo would be doing the work and his estimate was significantly less than several others, our best choice would be BHS. Well, Ugo and crew showed up on time, finished the job in one day and even replaced a bad piece of wood paneling on the front of the house after removing the old gutters and before installing the new ones. BHS called us before and after the job and checked back to make sure we were happy with their work. They did a great job, and we will certainly check with BHS first whenever we want additional work done on our home.

They came out that day and finished the work quickly. They did a quality job. Everything was fine.

They were very professional, but the most expensive of three bids and several hundred more than the eventual contractor used, that did a timely, quality job.

Buresh did a great job. Professional and prompt during estimate process. Gutters were completed timely and all old gutter trash was picked up and taken by Buresh. Very good work, would use again. Only issue was they told me they would call 24 hours prior to doing work and never did, they just showed up one day to do work. This left us unprepared with the payment as I had the checkbook and was at work late. Not a big deal and didn't cause any inconvenience for us, just would have preferred the 24 hour notice. Buresh was willing to do work and come back a few hours later for payment which was nice they accommodated this exception. Overall, very satisfied with services rendered.

Called Buresh Home Solutions for estimate. Received a call to come to the showroom and discuss plans and ideas. Mr. Buresh stated he walked the roof to check it out. He explained the different shingles and warranties they offer. Also explained about the two underlayments suggested and the difference and why I should consider them. I learned from this visit. Signed contract and work started 7-26-11. 7:30 AM a crew of about 6-7 men showed up and immediately started to set up and put tarps around to protect personal property & flower beds, etc. Temps were in high 90's (on roof must have been 100's) and this crew worked diligently to remove old shingles. Note: I had new sod put down in front and side yard. This crew made sure not to have debris fall into the sodded area. This made having to use only one are to toss shingles. Large dumpster arrived about 8:15. This is a three story house and 111 yrs. old & pitch in pretty steep. The crew worked very well together and I never heard any complaints or negative comments. They just did their jobs. They moved two hanging plants I have in front yard by corner of house to my front porch and moved a large planter on a railing on front porch and moved it to back of porch so as not to hurt the flowers. I asked to have an old T.V. antenna removed from the end of the very top of roof which was done. First day they were here for 13 hours. Cleaned area around house and driveway before they left. Second day arrived again at 7:30 and went right to work. Shingles on roof over front porch removed and plywood not in good shape. Hugo, I believe the head of the crew, showed me the plywood and explained why it should be replaced then called Mr. Buresh to explain. Plywood applied and two different underlayments applied. Shingles applied. This company puts 6 nails rather than 4-5 in each shingle. Same procedure done on a small roof over back porch. Finished around 6:00 PM then did a very thorough clean-up. Did about two walk arounds after to make sure all was picked up. Explained to husband and me to watch for nails in grass or driveway in case some were missed. Dumpster to be removed tomorrow. I am impressed with this company, the presentation given by Mr Buresh, and the politeness, professionalism and work ethics of this crew. I received a call yesterday from the Buresh company asking how things were going and if I had any questions. I was told to call if I had any concerns or questions in the future. I would use this company again.

It took them some time to assess the issue, but when they did, they did a high quality job and made sure they got to the heart of the issue.

I don't remember how much he charged us to fix that. We felt that it was reasonable for the work that he did. What I liked was that when he did the job, he did it really well. He was very thorough. If there was something that we could fix and save us a little money, he pointed that out. What I didn't like was that he was very busy that it was very difficult to get on their list. They were very very busy. They were so worked up that it was hard to get him back.

The service took a little longer than expected, but this was due to the bad spring weather (hard to paint outside when it is raining). The price was a touch higher than the original quote because I chose to change the color after the original quote (not unexpected). The price was still better than the local competitors. The work was performed well and the house looks great. I would have liked a little more proactive communication since I was trying to manage this and a number of other projects on this house in IA from OH, but Brian was very responsive when I called or emailed him.

It took a while to get an estimate, as we live out of town. The estimate was reasonable, and they started the work within a couple weeks of the estimate. The gutters were competently installed, but- The gutters were installed on the house on the first day, and were very nicely done. On the second day, I came home and the gutters were finished on the garage as well and the crew had already gone. However, the vegetation had been clear cut around the garage. While I will admit that some of the vegetation were weeds, a huge 15 year old, Highbush Cranberry, that had been taller than the garage and clearly not a weed, had been hacked to pieces. (Had I thought that the vegetation was to be cleared, I would have arranged to have had it done it before the gutter work commenced. ) Unfortunately, there is no resurrecting this enormous bush. However, I do want to give Mr Buresh excellent marks for his responsiveness. I called to register my consternation about the destruction of the Highbush Cranberry, and Mr. Buresh was clearly flabergasted that such a thing occurred, and asked what he could do to make it right. I asked if he might be able to locate another Highbush Cranberry, which he did within hours, then he arranged to have it put in. It was an unfortunate incident, that marred an other wise commendable gutter replacement. But Mr Buresh's response was very positive, and he has re-won my trust.

Buresh Home Solutions came in mid-priced for the estimates we received. My wife has a few co-workers that have used them in the past and were very happy with their work. Between these referrals and the quality reviews on Angies List, we decided to have Buresh do the work. We had a time picking out the color we wanted for our shingles but Brian was more than happy to work with us. Once we had decided on a color for the shingles, Brian was very good in getting the work scheduled quickly. We had been having a lot of rain and things were kind of tough due to the weather. They came out and worked a very long day the first day but made significant progress. All of the old shingles, etc had been removed and they had most of the new shingles on. They were there bright and early the next morning to finsih the job and clean up. They did a very good job of cleaning up and we've hardly found any nails, etc. laying in the yard. They even cleaned our gutters during their cleanup, and they needed cleaned prior to them working. We are very happy with the new roof and have had several compliments on it how well it looks. We would definatley hire Brian and Buresh Home Solutions again. They were very professional and friendly group of workers.

Buresh was very responsive in contacting me to set up and appointment for an estimate of the work, and I appreciated the worker being on time to look at the job and give me an honest opinion of what would need to be done. I was planning to use them to complete the work, but circumstances changed and I was able to do it myself. Their estimate was right in line with others I received and I trusted that they would have done a good job. I will definitely call them again.

My husband and I found Buresh Home Solutions through the Better Business Bureau's website. We contacted them for a quote I believe on a Thursday and they were able to send a team out that following Saturday morning. We were impressed right away with the fact that they not only sent out the owner, but also a project manager, and plumber. They were very thorough with the assessment and were able to get us a bid in about a week. We accepted the bid and within a couple days they were working on the project. In regards to the length of time the project took, we were actually slightly disappointed. There were several days where nobody would show up to work on anything even though we were told someone would be there. I realize they have plenty of jobs to work on at any given time, but it was frustrating being misled. Our project manager was very attentive to our needs and worked with us extremely well and that was very much appreciated. We had a few hiccups along the way including the fact that they forgot to caulk around our shower base and we had a significant leak that showed up a couple weeks later and had damaged a small section of our newly refurbished wood floors. It seems as though many of the hiccups were due to mis-communication between several people and details being forgotten. They were very quick to act on it, though, and it was fixed that afternoon. As a very clean person, I was very disappointed with how messy the jobsite upstairs was during the tiling of our shower. It was pretty unacceptable and there was so reason for the huge mess. We were keeping our original oak wood floors since they were in great condition and we were planning on re-doing them after it all ourselves, but we had significant water damage to a large section by the shower where the tiler did not take appropriate steps to safeguard against water damage to the floors or was just lazy. We still see the water damage after sanding/staining/varnishing. We also feel that we paid too much for the amount of work they did and the amount of material we had already provided. Overall we were pleased with their work and their customer service, however at times their attention to detail and productivity could have been greatly improved. Our master bathroom and bedroom remodel will defnitely increase the value to our home.

They were eager to set up time to perform a quote but after that took place no response from company and no quote provided. I guess the job was not something they were expierenced enough with to perform. Went with Anderson renew

Called Brian on Monday, April 11 that I was interested in getting an estimate for a new roof, gutters and windows. He came out the following Tuesday, April 19th and took some measurements and then left. We made an appointment to come out to his showroom in Clive, IA on April 29th, to look at the windows and shingles and discuss pricing for everything. May 9th, they dropped off a giant dumpster for the old shingles in the driveway and on May 10th the roofing contractors started working on the roof (one of the hottest days in May! Record breaking temps). They finished on May 11th (in the rain and even lightning) with the roof and requested payment of $6621.50. These guys were the nicest bunch of guys I have ever worked with (especially Jason)! They treated my 16 month old so nicely when he was out watching them work and were all around a great group of guys!! I wish I could have them do all of the work on my house, not just my roof! Weather dampened the gutter contractors coming out later in the week so they had to wait the following week. They came out the evening of May 16th and installed the gutters. They finished installing the downspouts the following day and requested the rest of the payment, $880.18. Had them install all new 5” gutters with 3”x4” downspouts. These guys were also amazing to work with and they treated my 16 month old so nicely when he was out watching them work as well! Buresh sure picked amazing guys to contract! Overall, a GREAT experience with Buresh Home Solutions. Will keep in mind next year when we plan on doing siding. We gave two of our friends their business name so that they could contact them.

He seemed like a very nice guy, but I went with a different contractor. I decided to go with someone I knew personally.

I live in a Beaverdale brick and was sustaining interior water damage to my interior walls. When I'd had my gutters cleaned last fall, I was told by the handyman that several fascia boards had wood rot and the gutters were probably more than 25 years old with little if any support to them. I called Buresh and Brian responded promptly with an explanantion of the problems I'd been having. The pitch of the roof was too steep for the 3 inch gutters I currently had, the current gutters were improperly installed too far under the roof causing a flood of water to backsplash behind the bricks but only a couple fascia boards had wood rot. Within a week my gutters were replaced with 6 inch gutters and the necessary fascia boards were replaced. The installer repositioned a downspout so my sidewalk didn't pool with water and more appropriately drained down the driveway. Since the installation and the current rain, my sump pumps have not been running 24 hours day as the water is now being correctly directed away from the house and my interior wall which had the water problem is dry! I am extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company and will use them again when needed.

I was very pleased with Buresh and would definitely recommend them and also use them again. There was a slight language problem - some of the young men did not speak english and they continually walked through my flower bed causing damage. On the whole everyone of the workers were very nice and did a great job of cleaning up the roofing and deck debris. Brian was great and always available if I had any questions or concerns.

Buresh was extremely easy to work with and communication was excellent. Everyone from office staff to workers were very courteous and professional. The workers finished the job on time, documented damage (photos) before repairing, and cleaned up the site at the end of each work day. A few weeks after the job was completed, we had a problem with paint bubbles that formed in a few spots where the gutters were painted. Buresh resolved the problem quickly and at no additional cost.

They did a very good job. They are very customer oriented and they were very easy to work with. They finished right on schedule. They did a good job on the cleanup.

I was happy with the way they took care of everything. They did a good job with painting, and they did a good job on the gutters. They cleaned up really well. Their price was consistent with two or three other estimates. They did everything to my satisfaction. They got the job done within their allotted time.

Very good. The contractors arrived on time and were very professional and cleaned up the area very nicely.

They seem unreliable. We asked for an estimate for gutter repair and covers. They came within a few days too inspect then they began erratic communication with email and phone calls but no follow up. We never got an estimate of any kind despite asking specifically for estimates on two different products/ approaches.
