They did a good job. The repair for the roof leak was free because there wasn’t much work to it. I thought that was great. They are very professional. Tim Buresh, the owner, is very customer oriented. On both jobs, he called and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Also in 2011, we had a tree in our yard get hit by lightning. A limb fell on our roof and there was a big hole. I had just had heart surgery and couldn’t get up to put a tarp on or anything. I called Buresh and they sent their guys out after hours to place the tarp over the hole until it could be repaired. He bid on the job to repair the roof, and although he didn’t get that job, he never billed me for the tarp service.

They did a first class job. They got the job done as advertised. I plan to use them again to paint the house. They were here when they said they would be and got the work done right away. They were trustworthy and I was pleased overall. Their price was in the middle and their quality was excellent.

The service was good. I really like how the work turned out. They were professional and for the most part on time for the appointments. They also cleaned up well.

Their service was alright but their price was a little on the high side. The people that did the work knew what they were doing and I had no trouble with them. There were no issues scheduling the appointment. They came out and patched it first because the window was completely open. They took measurements and got the window in about 2-3 weeks and came back to install it.

Their service was great. When all the work was done, they had done the greater amount of work. It was a professional job. It looked much better because the put the extra work in. Rather than just putting the boards in that they needed to, they tore the boards out all the way across so it would look uniform.

Their service was fine and I had no problems. Brian is a pretty good guy. I talked to him 8 months before I was deployed to Afghanistan. He kept up good communication through email during the process. He was fair and reputable. I will use him again.

This was a great experience. They showed up on time were very professional and were able to get the timeframe they set since I was selling the house. They gave me estimate and I was happy with that and gave them the job. Overall a good experience

I have great deal of respect for him. He did a wonderful job. His company is small enough where I could speak directly with Brian. He was really straight and upfront with me. He did not give me the run around on pricing and quality of work. He has Pella window product and it was almost 25% cheaper than Pella. He saved me about $2,500 on the work. When he came out for the estimate, he looked at the area I wanted the window in and was able to give me the estimate within a few minutes. The installers were able to get window installed in one day. He is not your typical salesman. When I am ready to do the other windows, he is the one I am calling.

I was very satisfied with their work. They did such a nice the job the first time that I felt comfortable using them again. They do exactly what is stated and the quality of outstanding. The crews were able to do the work in a timely fashion. Once the work was done, they did a nice job with the cleanup. They are a top flight organization and did a top flight job.

The first time they were here, they installed the downspouts with hinges and they did an excellent job. After the left, I noticed one was shorter than the others. I called them and they came out once, however they didn't have the right color. They wanted to put an extension on the extension, but I said no, I wanted the entire extension replaced. They said they would come back and bring a longer one. They never showed up and have never called since. One of the hinges has busted and I have been too busy to call them to come back and fix it. Initially, I though they did a great job but their follow up has not been great. UPDATE: I had shared some dissatisfaction with their follow-up. However, once they became aware of the issue, they immediately called me and resolved the issue. They were courteous and very concerned that I had not been 100% satisfied. I am now 100% satisfied and would DEFINITELY use them again.

We were extremely nervous about this project because it was so expensive. We interviewed several other companies and decided to go with Buresh. Buresh was not the cheapest bid we received, but overall we felt the quality of the siding project was worth the extra cost. Brian was great to work with and the crew he sent to our home was very professional, tidy & detail oriented. We would recommend Buresh Home Solutions to our friends.

Of the three estimates we got, we were the most comfortable with Buresh - both because of the price and because we didn't have to go to select the material on our own or select something sight unseen. Brian came out to do the estimate, listened to what we wanted to do, talked us through our options and then scheduled an appointment at their showroom to go over the estimate and material choices. They warned us upfront that they were booked almost 8 to 10 weeks out, but our timeline allowed for that. They estimated that they'd be able to get out the end of August and that's exactly when they came. The two man crew of Eric & Ben was great. They were punctual, professional and worked through some of the most extreme heat we had this summer. Eric made sure he knew what we wanted before they lifted a hammer and kept us updated on what was done and what was going to be done next. We couldn't have asked for a better crew. The clean up was thorough and the job looked great.

Estimator arrived when expected. He said he would get back to me with an estimate in a day or so. When I didn't hear for a week, I called their office. The individual called back to apologize, saying he had been sick. He sent my estimate later that day. The price was better than or in line with other estimates I obtained. I have decided to use one of the other contractors I found on Angie's list.

There's a reason these guys have such high grades on Angie's List and have won Angie's List awards! The first time I dealt with them was to install a new roof and gutters and I knew I would be coming back to them for a new sliding door! Brian is so great to work with and he gives you the facts and tells you straight about their products. No problems or complaints on the sliding door install! Ordered the door back in June, 6-8 weeks to custom make. Once it was in, we set a date to have it installed. The guys installing it were SUPER nice and funny! Will be coming back again for our next big project, siding and windows! Thanks again Buresh Home Solutions!

Buresh Home Solutions replaced all windows in our 22 year old home. We obtained quote from several leading window replacement company's and decided to go with Buresh. Brian Buresh came to our home to measure all our windows and spent time explaining all the various window features and options. When the crew came to replace the windows they were very professional, honest and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. They did excellent work and were so pleased with the job we have invited Buresh back to paint our home and repair siding.

Called them two weeks ago. They told me they would send someone out in the next couple of days. Have never heard another thing from them. Finally called another company today.

The work was done in a very professional manner, on time and prices were reasonable.

Everything done well and in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous.

We decided to go with them. They were very professional and gave attention to details. They gave wonderful suggestions and I like them.

We had two other estimates and Buresh was significantly below the others. The men were courteous and professional. Dina checked in frequently to make sure things were going well. We were pleased with the results and would hire them again.

The person from Buresh looked at my siding and said I should not doing anything for the next few years. It was amazing that a contractor would be honest enough to recommend a do nothing alternative when I was ready to completely replace all the siding on my house. I will definitely use their services for my next home improvement project.

There were a couple of things that were not to my satisfaction but after making contact and discussing my disappointment with those issues the crew was sent back and things were made right. I felt that Deena (unsure of spelling) was concerned and wanted to make things right. I also received a message from another woman whose name I cannot recall and she also seemed interested in making sure I was happy. I told them I feel that a problem can be an opportunity to demonstrate that you care about your customers and they accomplished that. I will use them again in the future. It is also worth mentioning that three other companies said this work could not be done but they would be happy to install $4000-$6000 worth of new gutters. Hugo, the crew leader and estimator, said with the exception of the damaged spots everything else was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. It was refreshing to have a contractor try to be helpful instead of trying to rake me over the coals. I wish them well and will recommend them when given the chance.

Work got started kinda late, though it was due to how frequently it was raining when they were supposed to start, so not their fault at all. The job was thorough and professional and the roof looks great!! Best of all, no more leaks!! We settled on the stone-fleck covered steel roof from Metro in the shake style and it is absolutely beautiful. The sales person Jason was extremely helpful and didn't seem to be inconvenienced by any questions that we had. He knew the product and answered all of our questions. The install crew got the job done quickly and the lead also answered our questions and addressed our concerns without seeming bothered. I will definitely do business with Buresh again. A+ all around!!

Their prices were economically high so we didn’t use them. They were really friendly, were really nice but they were huge enough for prices and their prices were so high that we went with someone else. If you are looking for friendliness then it is the right place but if you are not prepared to spend a lot of money then you shouldn’t go with them.
