Description of Work: Asked for estimate on non functional tiller. Cost of replacement of switch nearly exceeded cost of tiller so declined service. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous and the estimate was done when promised. Estimate was provided free.

Description of Work: I took a snowblower to them to have fixed and serviced they advised that it was not worth the cost of the repairs to get it running. They suggested a used snowblower and even delivered it to my house. They are great at training and answering any questions I had.

Description of Work: I thought they were expensive and more than the amount stated over the phone. Stated the amount to service the lawn mower was $60, but the bill showed $80 plus $30 for filter, oil, and sharping the blade for a total bill of $110. I made the assumption the $60 which they charged $80 included changing the oil and sharping the blade, but it did not. The lawn mower which was two-three years old was an electric start, self-propelled, walking, Toro. To change the oil on a car at the Dealership is only $39.99 including the oil. It worked fine when I took it in except it needed an oil change and sharping and I assumed a filter. I thought they would clean it up, but did not. It now smokes every time I start it and stops smoking after two minutes. I should have been stronger with the store when I picked it up and did not pursue my frustration.

+ -1 moreThey came to my house and picked up my equipment. They tuned up the lawn mower and the snow blower. They also repaired the snow blower by putting on new paddles and replacing the scraper. They also had to put on a shut off on my carburetor because it was leaking. They completed the job and delivered them back to my home.
