+ -1 moreHad an appointment made for 11-3-20 which the technician never showed up for or called me about any issue. Supposedly I had a bill from back in 2016 that I never payed. Asked politely why I was not informed about the cancelation since I had to work and the person I spoke with became rude and hung up on me. Very confused about the whole situation. Time to find someone else.

Description of Work: RHA do heat and electric work. They fix my furnace issues in the winter and central air conditioning in the summer. They are so reliable and thorough. Courteous and professional. Their rates are very fair. I especially appreciate them because,unlike many other local companies, they work on mobile homes. And also they bill you instead of demanding payment immediately which shows good faith.

+ -1 moreTechnician Jason visited us to repair a relay that wasn't turning on our furnace (or so I thought). After inspecting he decided our vent had an obstruction that formed an air pressure that kept the furnace from operating. On opening the pvc vent pipe we found a mud dauber's home/nest. Jason cut open the pipe, cleaned it out, glued in the repair pipe and got our furnace working. He also inspected it and checked the exhaust to find that we had a bigger problem - our heat exchanger needed to be replaced. He left and someone called later to explain the part was under warranty but we would have to pay for installation and gave me an estimate. This work was completed within 10 days, if I recall correctly, as the heat exchanger had to be ordered from the manufacturer. People at RHA I contacted were courteous, listened, work was done as expected and areas were cleaned up after completion. I had also requested a written receipt/record of test results from exhaust fume tests, especially Carbon Monoxide levels, after repairs were completed. Jim Thyne came out to check these. I had talked to him previously at their shop/office in Clinton about billing. Only later did I realize that he was the owner of the company & that he had taken time out at the end of his day to follow up on this job. I had called RHA this time because I had used them to service our furnace before. RHA also held a contract at the company I had worked for several years earlier to take care of the HVAC there - I had gotten to know our service tech, Ron, back then. Because I had a good impression where I worked I chose RHA to service my home furnace after using a couple other local companies that didn't leave as good an impression.
Description of Work: Inspection of furnace and thermostat, removal of wasp's nest, repair of vent pipe, replacement of heat exchanger, testing of exhaust levels.

+ -1 moreHe was great made sure his feet were clean before coming in the house and made me feel very comfortable about what he was doing.
Description of Work: My furnace went out on New Years eve I called around looking for a company that could work on my furnace same day. RHA came out and not only was it a service tech but the owner who came out and worked on my furnace. He worked quick and effeciently.
