+ -1 moreThe work is good but they have a hard time showing up on time if at all. When you try to get a hold of management they aren't there in what are normal business hours. They don't return your messages in a timely manner. I had trouble with the bill. I asked for a written estimate and I got a running estimate. DO NOT allow them to do that, get a one time estimate on the job at hand. I had to argue the bill down. It would have been around $4200.00. I was lead to believe the bill would be a lot less. The guys doing the job were great. I'm 64 and this is my first house and it has been a learning experience. In summary, get a firm fixed estimate, make sure that they show up to do the job instead of dragging it out.
Description of Work: they redid existing plumbing which was a total mess, installed a new water heater, installed plumbing in a reworked kitchen (sink, garbage disposal, faucets) and bathroom (faucets in new shower and sink and drains) installed washer/dryer combination in basement (installing dryer vent and washer drain), placed new outside water faucet.
