+ -1 moreWe worked with three different plumbers on two occasions to finish our jobs, all of which were done quickly and are now working perfectly. Plumbers were professional and friendly, wore shoe coverings on a wet day, and fully explained all repairs. Scheduling was easy and plumbers arrived in the two-hour window scheduled both times. We were very impressed with the cost! Definitely would use again in the future.
Description of Work: Several small plumbing jobs: replaced 4 leaking faucets, fixed a running toilet, repaired a leaking icemaker water line.

+ -1 moreService Tech arrived at schedule time. Very professional, explain work he will be doing, asked if I had any questions or concerns. This company has always done a great job.
Description of Work: Remove/set aside old and install new water softener. Install whole ware filter system. Add salt to water softener,set and check for leaks.

+ -1 moreA job they said they couldn't do with a back hoe my husband and friends dug 8 ft down with hand tools. Another company came in the rain and fixed it within an hour and a half. No I would not use them again. We went 12 days without water and was fixed in no time when the new company came. the date is wrong on here.
Description of Work: We had a water main break and it was suppose to be paid for by the water protection plan.

+ 0 moreCame in and examined and caulked a leaky shower wall - another plumber had discovered the leak but was not able to do anything about it. Very fast and capable service !!!

+ -1 moreThey were very good at getting someone to work on the problem and solve it. We had people look at the toilet several times because it kept overflowing and they were the first ones to find out that whoever installed the toilet didn't install a trap. He had his boss come out and help him and they spent about 2 or 3 hours on it and only charged me $100.
Description of Work: I had a toilet that kept overflowing and Dependable Drain & Plumbing fixed it.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional- cleaned up their mess, answered all my questions as I am the type of person to watch everything done around my house because I like to learn and see how they do things. They were very polite and helpful.
Description of Work: Dependable drain installed a water and drain line to install a dishwasher in my kitchen, and installed a water line to my fridge, as well as repaired my basement laundry sink and washing machine drain line. They were able to send someone out very quickly for an estimate and were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. I was told that my basement sink would have to be ripped out and completely replaced by another company because they couldnt find parts to fit the faucet (its a 1950's sink). Dependable drain was able to not only fix my sink but use the existing parts and only had to replace a couple washers on it. So the cost was very minimal. While they were at my house they looked at my bathroom sink that had started to leak and fixed it at no cost to me! My dad is a very good plumber and when he came to visit me after their work was done he checked out their work and it passed his inspection with high marks which is very hard to do b/c he is very picky and a huge perfectionist. I would recommend these guys!

Description of Work: Toilet was backing up into tub and sink. Cleaned out main sewer line and all individual drain lines.
