+ 2 moreAs I said above Dave's work has been outstanding. He has always come in within budget and timeliness. He has done everything from installing a new water heater to a full house of windows. Dave's most recent project was enclosing a garage for us. His work has always been very professional. From speaking with him he is a retired contractor that ran a company with many crews in the past. He wanted to get away from that and just do small projects on his own again. The only thing to be aware of is that Dave loves to talk and tell stories.
Description of Work: I have hired Dave for multiple projects around the house. The gentleman has installed a new water heater for me, put in a house full of windows, enclosed a garage and more. His work is always done in the time he estimates and his rate of approx. 25 dollars per hour has been great with the speed that he works.
